Keep calling me. I finally called back. He answered, "T.E.A. Legal Dept." I asked what that stood for and he hung up.

Got the same message about a civil complaint being filed in my local jurisdiction against my name and social security number. No legal process is based on a ss#. That’s always BS!

Just got the call also...says civil complaint filed against me with my name and social etc etc call 888-901-5501. SCAM!!

Got a voicemail from this number saying there is a case being filed against my name and SS#. Total scam.

This number left a threating message calling themselves THE FIRM. Threating Court proceedings. I asked them to send something in writing. They told me they don't have time to send it in writing.. So I told them to tell the Judge they don't have the time! Then I hung up! A SCAM FOR SURE!

Just received a phone call from this number threatening me.  Total SCAM.  Do not fall for this!

I got the exact same thing and I'm thinking it's Spam as well

Said a motion is being filed to "Suspend " all Bank accounts and Tax Returns Bearing my Name and Social security number..😂😂... their terminology alone shows Just how stupid they are. Only the Government can do anything with your taxes and if a motion is filed against you anywhere then you better be recieving something in writing or else it's a Scam.  They are very persistent tho but hopefully they will Drop Dead of a Massive Heart attack today..

They actually called my son.  He got the same message as everyone else is receiving.  I am taking this one step further and reporting this outfit to the Social Security administration because they are attempting to fraud a vulnerable deveilopementally disabled adult.  This is one that the Social Security Administration should be able to sink their teeth into because this is a phone number they can call and actually talk to one of these horrible jerks.

Replying to my own post, but to let everyone know, I just got done filing a report with the Social Security Office of Inspector General about these folks.  When they start going avter developmentally disabled individuals or other vulnerable adults that are on SSI or SSA, then I believe it is time to send the big guns after them.  Doing this to vulnerable adults is not just a scam but a FRAUD!

I received a voicemail (my phone was in airplane mode so I don't know the number that called). The message said there has been a civil complaint filed against my name and social security number in my jurisdiction. It gave me the number 888-901-5501 and use my phone number as the reference number. The message kept saying The Firm has sent out a notice and has not received any response.

A civil complaint will never be communicated as a recording! This is a scam!

I got a couple also.. they say they ate a litigation firm and that I've had a complaint filed against my name and social.

The harassment is awful. They will not send me any information. I’m not setting up a plan to drain my account b something I have never heard of. Mail me information.
