I got an email about my card being added to an account, which I did not do, and gave me this number to call if I didn't make that request. I called and they asked for a lot of my information, which seems reasonable since they have to do security checks. But it all felt very sketchy, then she asked for the last four of my SS and then later asked for my full SA number. I hung up and called the number listed on Citizens Bank's website and they said this number was from their fraud department.... but it's all still so sketchy. Also weird that many people have had the same experience

I received and email from "Citizens" saying that I had fraud on my account and to click a box stating Yes or No that I had made the charges.  I called Citizens Bank Direct and they said they do NOT send emails that have any direct links in them. That the number was not there's and to forward the email to their abuse department at; abuse@citizensbank.com. Which I did. **It looks so real I almost believed it!!!

Received a call from this number, they got my old fashioned answering machine and disconnected, if this is a legit #, Why the hell would they call me? I do NOT have/NEVER HAD any account with them! Seems like some sort of SCAM.

IT IS citizens bank fraud dept. you can verify by calling citizens bank directly. We are cancelling our account because this is the THIRD TIME THIS WEEK theyve blocked our card due to suspicious activity ie US PAYING BILLS AND WITHDRAWING OUR OWN MONEY

You've never heard of phone number spoofing, huh? Even if this is a Citizen's point hungry, that doesn't mean all calls are from them.
