Too Funny, I recieved a call from Tracy today but was unable to catch it. So after hearing the message i decided to look up this firm. Well I saw this site and read what was said about Tracy Park and R&R. Once she was on the phone she was trying to sell me their collection services. I told her I was looking at all the complaints that had been made about her and this company and she quickly hung up. Rudely as described! So if you all get any more of these calls tell them that you have read the numerous complaints about them and that will end that. It started off really nice and then Bam! not so anymore...lol

I received a call from them yesterday about a debt from 2009. "Mr. Adams" did nothing but scream at me and made me cry I was so caught off guard. Telling me he didn't want my excuses and I had until noon today to pay the 420$ in full or he was taking me to court and taking my car. Then hung up on me. Once I calmed down I realized a few off things about the call. He didn't tell me he was attempting to collect a debt or any speech like that that all collectors use, his name sounds very generic. Don't you think? Your all talking about mr Allen or hall or Adams, etc. Most importantly, I filed chapter 11 in 2011 so this debt is now gone. I received another call today and got final proof this is a SCAM. I called back and asked for me Adams. Btw, the receptionist that answers will NOT tell you who is on staff there. She makes you ask for him. Same girl answers every time too. I then asked "mr Adams" to spell his firms name and then what his full name was. He started screaming at me again but abruptly hung up when I calmly told him I was recording this call to prove harassment. I called back. I told him I had filed bankruptcy in 2011 and tried to give him my lawyers info. He again started screaming at me telling me it wasn't my lawyers debt. Again I reminded him calmly that I was recording his call and for him to feel free to keep yelling. He hung up again. I called a third and final time. When I tried to leave my lawyers info with the receptionist that answered she transferred me to him again. I told him if he contacted my place of work, my family, or myself again I would be filing my own suit against him he then began screaming that I was crazy and harassing him. He also claimed he wasn't this Mr Adams guy and I was harassing innocent people. I am 100% sure it was the same guy. Needless to say, while these people may have real information about your debts, they are not doing ANYTHING legal here and some level headed threats will shut them up very quickly. Do not get scammed by them!

Paul Stone : of Professional Services said he represented the Law firm of Rubin and Rosenthal.  Asked for me to give info on a non relative.  I met the person they asked for several time.  When I asked the caller for his name.  He said Mr. Stone from Law firm of Rubin & Rosenthal.  I asked for an address and phone. He then hung up.  888 917 6747 is his phone number and the phone number of Profession Services not Rubin & Rosenthal.  I called this number 888 917 6747 and It was the person who just called.

I am a business owner.  I actually hired Ruben and Rosenthal to collect past due accounts for my company.  I thought that this was a reputable firm.  After one week, I terminated the agreement because they were rude to my employees and customers.  They did collect from a few clients, but now they refuse to send me the funds.  So I will have to file a lawsuit to collect from the collection agent!  I will hire a reputable attorney going forward.

Tracy Parks called today attempting to talk to the owners of the facility about handling debt collections.  Spoke with them and ask them to remove me from their list.

I received a voice-mail from Reuben & Rosenthal (sp?) asking me to call back. It was Allen Lewis and he knew both names of the owners (myself & my husband). The number he gave as a call back was 800.823.0649 and when I called it, they answered "professional services." The receptionist called the line and said it was busy. When I asked why a law firm would not answer their own phones, she said they answer calls for 7 different companies in the building and has no idea why or what the firm practices. She took my name & number and we hung up. Then I googled the firm and found this page. Hope this idiot calls me back so I can mess with him (and then report him).

Allen called back: wanted to let me know that he handles debt collection When I told him we handled all of that in house, he  reminded me that I actually poke with him several months ago (and didn't realize it was a scam then) and I had several in need of attention. I told him we had since collected on all of those and we are fine. He hung up pretty quick.

Same thing. Allen Lewis keeps calling and harassing me and then has the nerve to say we need to hire him for debt collecting. He then proceeds to yell at me when I ask him to remove me from his call list. I had to hang up on him . This is the third call to our business.

I am also receiving phone calls at my place of employment from a Mr. Roberts.  When I call back a lady answers the phone as Professional Services. I asked to speak with Mr. Roberts (since he is the person who left the message).  He answers the phone & identifies his company as a law firm - Ruben & Rosenthal.  He proceeds to tell me that I owe a debt from 2011 for $137.00.  When I asked him for his fax number so I could send him the paperwork that proved this debt was paid in full he started screaming (literally screaming) at me that I had no paperwork because I did not pay it off.  Each time I tried to ask his fax number or mailing address he would talk over me.  I then tried to explain that I paid the debt in full & had the receipt showing paid in full but he would not listen he just kept screaming.  I told him that while I was shopping in the area of where th loan company was located I noticed that they had closed & was no longer there.  He then started screaming that it was people like me that had put them out of business.  He became so belligerent & started name calling, cursing & acting like a fool.  I hung up on him.  I then called back to get the fax number from the operator who answers & she asked which company was it for.  She said that Professional Services represents numerous companies.  I replied that it was Ruben & Rosenthal.  She put me back thru & I spoke with Mark Jones.  I asked him for the fax number & if Ruben & Rosenthal was a law firm.  He gave me the fax number but then started asking me why was I asking what his company name was.  He told me that if I knew the name of the company then why was I asking for the fax number & if the company was a law firm.  He would not let me talk & then he said that I was crazy & that I was playing games. When I asked him to calm down & speak to me in a professional manner he went crazy insane & started screaming even louder. I told them that their calling my place of employment had to stop & if it continued that I would take legal actions.  All of this over $137.00.  This upset me so much that I hung up & had to take medication to calm down.  These people are crazy & they need to be stopped before they cause someone to have a heart attack & die.  Why won't Texas close them down!!!!

I was first contacted by this bogus company one month ago. Since then, they have not stopped calling or harassing myself or my fiance. We had to change our phone numbers. The debt they are claiming is a debt I paid in 2011 to a gym in Las Vegas. I have spoken with collection agencies--this is not a collection agency, it is a scam. My fiance read the fair debt collection laws on the phone (straight from the government website), and the guy said he was an idiot and they were taking everything. The first time I spoke with this company, I let the man know (Mr. Gray--seriously? Come on dude.) that I had proof this debt was paid for, and he called me a liar. I let him know I was putting my fiance on the phone and this guy said, oh you're getting married? okay well if you don't pay this debt, we'll come after everything you own, including your engagement ring. (Mind you, this is over a $300 "debt"...my engagement ring cost much more than that). He had my fiance's name (caller ID) and put him on hold, then told him he was going to call his credit card companies and "warn" them about my fiance. (My fiance has perfect credit and pays off his cards each month in full.) WHAT KIND OF DEBT COLLECTOR SAYS STUFF LIKE THIS AND MAKES EMPTY THREATS?? Oh yes, the fake kind who want to prey on people's fear. I've been getting letters in the mail, EACH ONE says I have 24 hours before it goes to collection, as the guy originally said a month ago. I checked my credit last week--it actually WENT UP. These guys are frauds and the true scum of the earth.

Call your local Police or Sherriff’s office (non emergency number, all cities and counties should have one) and explain to them what happened; that they are 1. Threating you, 2. Impersonating a law firm and / or authorities (which in all 50 States is illegal).  They should have a detective and / or deputy call you right back and ask the officer to call that number.  The officer will 99% call that number (they love busting people like this or just making them think twice).  I don’t claim to be the brightest person in the world but someone who has the thickest foreign accent and their last name is “Smith” or “Brown” don’t really work for me.  Plus, even if this was a true debt anyone owed it is a civil matter and you will NEVER be arrested for this ever so do not fall for it.  Also if you want to extremely vengeful there are “repeat dial apps” on the internet you can download that will call this number repeatedly and cause the line to be flooded and the line inoperable.  Or call the Altoona, PA police department as well and give them the number they have the resources to physically track the number and if they get a lot of complaints they will force the local carrier to shut the number down.  We just need many people to react like this sometimes us decent people need to take matter in our own hands and fight them at their own game.

My number is on the do not call registry and they keep calling trying to earn my business as a collector for my personal training studio.  Their messages are rude and threatening, implying that I'm in some sort of trouble for something and need to call back immediately.  I am going to make a formal complaint against them.

I got a call from them and Tracy wanted to talk to the owner of the business so I'm not sure what they wanted but I do not need nor want their service, I don't care for any legal people or layers as far as I care they can jump off a cliff. I don't track people down to repay me I just say well it happens and move on.

I just add their # to my block list and never hear from them again.

They are either a shady debt collector or a scammer posing as one.   If they were a legitimate debt collector,  they would not be covered under the Do not call Registry as they are not Telemarketing.  If they are a scammer,  which is probably what they are,  they wouldn't care anyway...

This company is a shame! They collect all your company debts plus their fees but you never get a dime of it!!

I have received numerous phone calls from this company.  I have never been treated so horrible in my life.  They twist your words and threaten you and put you down.  They keep threatening to sue me, but nothing has happened yet.  Are they a real company?  Has anyone actually ever been sued by them?
