Thay called my mom today and told her I don't care if u do have cancer u ate still above ground u will pay this and my mom does have cancer

Horrible company, very rude and unprofessional. I started asking questions and "Mr Perez" yelled  at me, said they would ruin my credit, pay thousands in Lawyer fees, take my home and everything I owned, that he was writing down that I was uncompliant and refusing to pay my bills, that I would be served in the morning and hung up on me. I called back to asked who I needed to speak to, in order to get this resolved, and was told that I needed to pay my bills and that they were sick of my excuse after excuse, he was tired of explaining this to me, and I quote "I'm done talking to you [***]" and hung up on me.  Talked to the Health club I supposedly owed money and they show no balance. It is a pathetic scam at best.

I received a call from them today. Ihave not received any letters.  They were very rude and unprofessional.  Do you have their physical address.  I want to send them a letter.  I am also interested in filing a complaint.
