Got call from 888-926-5100. Caller ID said 800 Service. Did not leave message. I called back and yes it is i telemarketer calling for ATT. Only got a machine but put my number on their do not call list. We just switched to digital with the cable co. and it is a lot cheaper than ATT. Company is TCIM.

AT&T Services Stink Especially The DSL If You Live In Low Services You Can't Them To Fix Your Internet, They Tell You To Move To A Better Location, When You Close Your Account They Harass You For Additional Charges, And Than Have A Debt Collector Harass Even Further.

Best Advise Is Stay Away From AT&T !

After receiving a dozen calls from 888-926-5100, I finally got them on the line. They answered TCIM for ATT. Before this I would answer or let the machine pick it up. Always with the same result NO ONE ON THE LINE after a 3-4 second pause a loud beeping noise (like a phone off the hook). I have turned this in to ATT, FTC, and re-registered on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Up to 4 phone calls a day, they do not answer when you try to speak to them.

I keep getting these calls.    When I pick up, there is no one there, they never say anything.   I hang up of course.   I get to where I just pick up the phone and then hang up.    Didn't know what they were trying to do.    I get them every day.    Sometimes twice a day.

How do I get them to stop.

These calls are 2 or 3 times daily. I solved the problem by getting a answering machine that also has an "Announce Only" gadget. It is wonderful. I can view the caller...& laugh. The phone companies will never be able to solve this problem because they get money from it. Why get upset when the "gadgets" can solve the problem. As a senior, I hate getting calls from telemarketers, collection agencies, & all solicitations! Now, I  am protected!

I called TCIM directly. The lady who answered told me she would report this to the IT department. She also took my number and said she would have it removed. I told her if she didn't, that I would call her and hang up on her all day everyday. Here is their information.

Yes we get theme here too that late up till 8:55 and we get these phone calls all the time

Yes I just received a call 8:38 pm and they hung up on me! I called the number back and instantly automated system. They said the company is TCIM, contracted out by AT&T. Filing a complaint with the attorney generals office

This is AT&T trying to get me to switch back from Time Warner.  We dropped AT&T after placing seven service calls for a buzz on the line and they kept closing the ticket without fixing the problem.  Now, AT&T wants our business again.  Yeah, right.

get a call from this number at leaset 1 time a day, when I answer, it hangs up.  When I let it go to voice mail it waits till its connected then hangs up.

They never leave a message and calls come in at all different times a day
