This is AT&T and the information given above if you call the number an automated recording comes on and you can opt out of getting this calls.

I left AT&T two months ago and they are trying to win back your business.

same here calls everyday hangs up when answered. I work nights so it wakes me up everytime. Called # back & it has a recording with an option to enter your # on a do not call list for AT&T

I have called the number and pressed 1 to be put on the no call list!!! The calls have continued.... Many times a day. If I answer, the hang up! Today I heard a radio playing in the background!? I wish I knew who to report this to!? It appears that this is happening all over the US! what is going on???

I have received calls from this number several times..I answered yesterday and they did answer this time,,and I told them to take my number off their list..It was a survey of some type..they called again today,,I answered,,they did not,,hung up..

Same as everyone else - numerous calls, multiple times a day for several weeks now.  First time waited for ans. mach. to p/u & see who it was - just a hangup - same process for each following call too. Thus my annoyance.  I don't have AT&T.  I don't owe anyone or any company $.  ....I heard from someone else that the way they 'deal with' unwanted phone calls is to pick up the phone, do not say anything but immediately press and hold any # key on your phone until the caller hangs up.  Since opting out doesn't appear to work and since these callers see no problem calling me even after 9:30 at night, I don't think I'll have any trouble responding with a long, loud beep in their ear.  Might not stop the calls but might just make me a tad less irritated. ;)

It just happened, that my son called AT&T yesterday to ask a few questions about AT&T Wireless phone service and we did not purchase/switch to AT&T.
Well, well funny, that I receive a phone call from them the very next day I let the call go to my voice mail). Thanks for the info. Will block their number right quick.

It seems like one has to use * 67 every time you call ANYBODY, that way they can not harass you.

They call everyday; sometimes more than once. Some people haave to work hard to pay taxes. Others want to go the easy way - steal it and pay no taxes

these pests are just nuisances. they try to sell but i think they are just some sort of  phone swindle gang.  they claim to be calling "on behalf of at&t."

These guys call my house 2-3 times a day. I dont have any business with them and have resorted to just yelling and cursing them out anymore

I am on do not call list too and caller id never lists who this is. Have 3 a day and it interfered with person trying to reach me today but the person who needed me got ahold of me later. Be nice if they got fined for every call to people on do not call list. If it is a product they are trying to sell they must not really want people to purchase it, just see if we are a machine to talk to a machine.

have been recieving at least 2 calls per day from 888-926-5100 for the past month..and as soon as i answered,..there was a long pause,...then it disconnected, then wemt to dial tone. i no longer answer it,but it is definitely a nuisance!  guess i need to call the no-call program,..AGAIN.

888-926-5100 calls me every day and doesn't leave a message.  When I call it back, I get either a busy signal or a message that says the number is disconnected.

Funny thing if you're right about this being AT&T.  Until just recently I was an AT&T customer and never before had gotten a call from this number.  In mid-November, I changed from AT&T to another home phone service and soon started getting calls from this number.  I now have it blocked on my phone, so I don't expect to be getting pestered to death by them any more!  :-)

The 888-926-5100 has called my house 80 this month the caller says he is from ATT told then not to call me again this is unwanted calls if u see this number dont answer your phone

File class action suit against ATT (because they sell the "800 SERVICE " )
Get a decient call blocking machine of your own.(note the makers of the call blocker can not be affiliated with ATT or it wont work or have a very small listing of 10 or 20 numbers to block plus it wont block all the TOLL-FREE numbers).
Get a phone you can turn the ringer off and USE IT !
