I have received a few voice mails from this number (though the call comes from other phone numbers on my Caller ID), most recently from "Tina Williams" with agent ID 9834.  She was the last 2 or 3 that I have received, but a month or so ago the calls were from a man.  Same spiel, hurry and call because my student loans can be forgiven, but there are only a few slots left.

voicemail from "kathy cook" and gave an agent id (3422). call was regarding student loan debt forgiveness and is a scam to steal personal information

Called from: 316-333-5778 telling me to call: 888-928-3106.
But I MUST HURRY, as there's limited funds to have "my loan"? forgiven.

Scammer. Spoofs different numbers with the same messages even though I've asked them at least a couple of times a month to take me off of whatever calling list they have as I don't even have studen loans

The name of the fake agent has now been changed to Tina Williams. Her new id number is now 9834

I received the same message but from a Julie Jones. Agent number 1154.  Different do not call number though. 888-483-0994 and her call back number is 888-928-3577 but called from 904-226-7274 Jacksonville, FL

Same spiel, but it was from Sam, agent # 223.  If you call back they do not answer as a business, but say "how can I assist".  Trying to get your personal information.

thank you, i just got a call from Rebecca Martin agent id 2641 with the same message to call back 888-928-3570 to forgive student aid, which i DO have to pay off but suspected this might be scam/spam so THANK YOU for clarifying this!

Same experience, word for word…no company name and now new employee now Gina Williams agent id# 4691 calling from 888-928-3619. Be careful and be aware of these scams.

I got an unknown number it was from Carrie Davis for Student loan forgiveness agen #8271 to call back 888-928-3963. That's why I never answer unknown callers.

Been getting these calls from different origination numbers, the messages are the same but different people- Hi, it's Jenny Jones. My agent. I D is 6944 and my phone number is 888-928-3612. I was calling to let you know that your student aid has qualified for the forgiveness program, we may be able to Grant you a partial order for forgiveness package, but I'm just so you know this program has limited openings and is on a first come first serve basis so call back soon to finalize the details and again. My number is 888-928-3612 you can talk to me or any other reps to finalize your file. Thank you.

Multiple messages from different numbers leaving this as the call back number.  Used different names each time.  Jennifer Johnson from "credit loan group" and Denise from "tax defense center."  It's the same voice and same call back number provided on both messages.  Definitely a scam.

My agent was named Carrie Davis, but same thing. She left a voicemail.

Received  a purchase email with customers service number 1-888-928-1969. Stating a purchase I did not make...SCAM
