IT'S Comcast/Infinity. If you have requested remote technical support/help via LL phone or cellular, this is the number Comcast use to call you back and verify if the problem has being resolved.

call claiming to be Comcast offering a special on services, I said I wasn't interested and hung up.

This the number I meant to comment on. Phone reverse lookup indicates that this number is a Telemarketer Robo caller.

It could be Comcast, however the caller ID does not say Comcast or Xfinity.
Call went to voicemail, no message left. Couldn't have been that important.

Claimed to be Comcast but really was Indian Scammers. Heavy South Asian accent, asked stupid questions I knew were fake because I’m NOT A COMCAST CUSTOMER. These South Asian scumbags SPOOF real numbers and try to pry payment info. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Scam claiming to be a comcast special promotion.

Claimed to be Comcast wanting to discount my monthly bill by $40 a month. Know it's a scam cause Comcast would never lower their monthly Bills.

Do you often look up known phone numbers?

They have called multiple times and they are tenacious. Starts with a recording then if you say anything they switch to a live person who does not listen to what you are saying but keeps talking. I yelled at the woman last time asking, "what do you want". She hung up. They use several different phone numbers and they call back if you don't answer, sometimes within 10 minutes. It is very disruptive. I blocked the latest number (above) but it is likely they will call again tomorrow. I wish I could send a signal back to them so it melts all their servers and phones. But sadly not possible

This was a recording from Comcast Customer Service regarding a scheduled tech appt. in the near future.  They want to know if it is still needed or if it needs to be cancelled.
