Man and a woman called my personal phone, as well as my place of employment stating that I owed them $350 or they were going to summons me to court. I got a 3rd .party involved, as well as the federal trade commission & it is a scam.....

They left me a voicemail on my cell phone, a man named Stan Jackson.  He was claiming he had 2 open cases against me and if I didn't call him back that they would issue documentations at my place of employment!  All they are trying to do is scare you to pay them.  It is the collectors new tactics and it is illegal.  I will not call them back for it is a scam.... dont let these people try to scare you into giving them money!

I also recieved a call from this number saying that I had took out a payday loan in 2010, they had my cousins address, my ssn& my name. They said I took out a loan online & gave me a bank acct number that wasn't mine. They are treatening to take me to court over this.

Yes I had some fool call my home but I knew it to be a scam. It is horrible how people take advantage of others and get away with it. Dame stupid ##*%$ LOSERS.........
