This is the number left on a VM saying that I will be served a court summons unless I call to get a stop order by settling the matter.  This is a SCAM.  They say you have an outstanding payday loan and they need to collect to stop litigation.  They asked me for 1 payment of $660 or 4 payments of $227.  I of course laughed at them.  I will say they are persistant though, they call from a ghost dialer(to show a local area code) claiming to be agents of my county court saying they will be by my home or place of employment today to serve me papers.  I called the court to verify and they have no records of me.  If you are unsure I would call the courts yourself.

did they serve you papers? i recieved the same call, i got a call from a girl with a private number first told me to call these people to stop the litigation i did they had all my info i took out a payday loan 2 years ago i asked them to fax me documents and they still havent? they said they would take a payment of 600 i called the place i took a loan from they told me it was scam but then the loan people couldnt tell me who had my account i have no idea what the heck is going on and if im introuble or not?

Left vm message regarding an alleged complaint filed against me by name.  Claimed that it was required to call this 888 number within 24 hours. Reference to a firm(s) but no specific company, corporation, individual, government or law firm was provided nor were any details regarding the nature of this complaint or the legitimacy of this caller’s authority or identity provided.
