Got a RESTRICTED call on my phone. A lady wanted to serve "a letter of intent". The person she was asking for was not available so she provided this number along with a reference #. I googled this # and finding out people have gotten similar calls from this same number and it's a scam

Automatic message saying letter for wage garnishment to call Wright and Wright and Associates back

He said he is a private mail man or something in the area and he got a letter of intent to serve and he is asking for an ID if he will come to my door

Called from local number. I called back guy had no idea who I was, so he claimed. Voicemail said to call this number. A woman said I had 45 minutes to make a payment plan or get served and plea guilty and get a judgment or garnished. Told her I’d like validation letter in mail as this debt been paid. Insisted email only cause only 45 minutes left. Told her that’s not what an attonery advised me to do. This is a debt that has long been settled. She got really rude and agitated.

Received a call from this number stating I was going to receive a wage garnishment for my wife and to call them right away. Same Guy John Curry or something like that. Claimed I owed ADT Alarms money. After calling ADT and verifying my account is in good standing, i knew something was fishy. Indeed a scam. A guy named Antonio also works for these scammers

Guy named Jacob Miller called me at work stating that he had legal documents to serve at my place of employment however, if I wanted I could call this 888-959-3363 number and give them the file no. he left and schedule another day and time, more convenient for me, to be served.  I told Mr. Miller that he could serve me at work as I worked for a Law firm in the downtown area and I was a paralegal.  He then went on to say that he would rather not serve me as he would need to bring a sheriff out with me and he would have to have the Human Resource Manager present when I was being served.  I told him that was fine because I would have one of my bosses accompany me and the Human Resources Manager when he came to serve me as they would be my legal representative at that time.  I told him I would be at the office until 5:00 p.m. and then he yelled at me and hung up the phone, telling me that I better call the 888 number he left me and take care of my issue.

I received this exact same phone call on today! This has to be a scam because when I started to ask question, it became a problem for the caller that called me private from the beginning. She also gave me the phone number 888-959-3363 with a file #.
