888-959-7429

"Private" number calls multiple times a day and finally leaves a message after the 5th time called with no answer.  Message is from a Randall Kelly saying that I am being sued for a bounced check and to call this number (888-959-7429) to talk with the someone to have the matter settled before they send court documents to my place of residence and/or work.

This same "Private" called has also contacted my family and made threats to them to get me to call or they would also be held liable for charges.

Wanted to amend to add that I do not have a checking account and there is no way that they are contacting me over a bounced check.  It seems to be most likely a scam trying to milk money for something that I did not do with threats of going to court or possibly to jail.

I do not recommend giving them any information or "settlement money".
