i just received a message from someone else that someone called from this number when i called back i got a voicemail stating that it was someone from the fraud division.  dont know what that is all about but i have called several times and just get voicemail and i dont appreciate them calling someone else and telling them that I am being investigated in some fraud

Lady called at my place of employment by the name of  rachel Thomas called stated they were filing charges against me in regards to cashnet usa. she was not rude but its against the law for a collection agency to call and threaten you with legal charges. She said I had 24 hours to call her back at this number. Well its been 7 days. Its also against the fdcpa to attempt to collect a debt that has been filed in  bankruptcy. But of course she didn't wanna hear that. This is the number that showed on the caller ID 842.738.7842

Wow, I am in shock that this is the same person that keeps harrasing our home too. stating that we have a certain amount of time to pay a debt or that I will be taken to court. I asked them to send me a statement in the mail regarding this debt, and Raquel Thompson stated that she will send an email that I never received it. This is a fraud company. Please, do not fall for the B/S they say, like I did. WARNING,,,

Yes I cant believe it either.  This same Chick is calling me as well and also my family members.  She needs a new line of work, because she just a loser!

This company called a family member with threat tactics regarding an outstanding bill that had (supposedly) quadrupled in amount since original occurrance of 2009.   Not only would the person not give out the name of the company name or who they represented, but she would not even divulge both the original amount owed and to whom it was owed too.   A scare tactic of paying an huge amount of money by 3pm cst or an arrest would be issued due to an outstanding warrant.   At first I was panicked and attempted to remember any loan from three years prior that had not been paid in full.   I came up empty.   I then began to wonder why I had not been notified by any means prior to today on a THREE YEAR debt!    I knew this had to be a scam and searched the number that was used to call me.   .   This is nothing but a scam and scare tactics to prey on hard working individuals.  Please do not fall for this scam.  And, a big thank you to google for an incredible search engine to determine identity of legitimate or fraudulent phone numbers!!
