If you got a payday loan and didn't pay it back they will use scare tactics to try and scare the s*** out of you.  These calls are fake and by no means legit.

Tiffany Fraiser from ACP..."Advanced Check Processor", looked up company and couldn't find it.  Said I had to pay for a payday loan from 4 years ago that I'm pretty sure was paid off.  Said if I didn't they would be sending my file to the attys for prosecution.  These phone calls have happened to me before and I was stupid and gave them my number when they called me at work, otherwise they would have no clue what my new number was, which is why I know it's the same company that harassed me a few months ago. ADVICE: Never ever get a payday loan, even if you pay it off, scammers get your information and try to get you to pay it again....never ends.

I got the same call, I reported them to the FTC, you should too!
