I received a call from this number too. 5 or 6 actually called from different  numbers saying I owe 1411.00 then scott called told me to pay or or goes to court, so he gave  me another number to call 708-985-4323

I keep getting this call from all sorts of different phone numbers that look like they are calling local, when I call the number back the people say they didn't call me! The numbers are spoofed.  The messages say, Hi this Janet Wilson with free litigation services, in the special investigation department. This is my final attempt to reach you or your legal counsel concerning a pending civil complaint I have in my office that is attached to your full name and social security number. If I do not hear from you soon you will be forfeiting your rights outside of a legal setting and I will have no other recourse but to forward your case back to our client to proceed with litigation, please return the call to me directly at 770-268-2003 provide your statement, speaking on your behalf the law does require that all parties in this case be notified, let the record directly reflect that you have been notified. They have also called family members to get in touch with me.  The thing is, I don't have any debt, I haven't had any debt, my credit score is fantastic and there is nothing negative on my credit report. in the past when calling this number back to see what it was, they have been hostile and have quite a bit of information on former addresses, all info you can get from the web. However, when they provide email addresses, they are all addresses I have never had; it is always a variation of my name @gmail  All of which I have never owned.  It has become quite annoying. These people have been calling on and off since roughly 2015. It takes them a while when I change my cell phone number. Which I am tempted to do again.

On my voicemail, it is silent for about 2 seconds then the message comes on.  It is a recorded message that is sent.

770-268-2003 was the # they left - I asked for their official company name and website and they refused to provide it

Received a call from a VPS pre litigation
Says I owed 2,700 from a debt from HBSC and it’s over due. Claims it’s going to be turned over to court for Leon on property or bank account. But I can pay it by Monday. Sent a nice fancy letter and account to pay through. Letter head shows headquarters Sheridan Wyoming. Nothing on the letter says you have the right to contest it. And it wasn’t until I saw the account to pay where it even showed the supposedly account original number.
So I call HBSC they show nothing with that number using my social-old address and new address.
I call Wyoming Secretary of State- They have no business with that name or phone number. I call Wyoming banking commissioner- They are NOT registered in Wyoming to collect debts. I call Sheridan sheriffs department. They say that address is used frequently for hundreds of business, including scams.
I file with Wyoming attorney General who forwarded the complaint to FTC because of the fancy website showing them as their headquarters being in Sheridan & not per the banking commissioner licensed to collect the debt in Wyoming.
This so called company is out of a small house in Georgia. Which has used some serious deceptive tactics for years under Hoffman & Cohen. You also will be blocked for attempting to call them back. Then they will claim they tried multiple times to reach you. Toni Ross is a common name used. They become very frustrated when you use a different phone. Then go into tactics of threats to court.
Georgia Attorney General is aware of this
My suggestion is you call them directly to file a complaint
Eventually between the banking commission and AG hopefully they are held accountable

Call Georgia AG office and file a complaint. They are not licensed in Wyoming. And use a virtual box. That way they don’t have to respond to anything within a time frame. Their so called office is in Georgia. And they use extreme deceptive tactics which is illegal. FTC has a complaint already as does Wyoming banking commissioner
They change their names and go back into scam mode. Georgia AG needs to hold them accountable

It was returned with no such company.
