Yes, the Windows scam.  Called my home at 7 AM.  Some MF from India who can't check time zones.  When he started his spiel, and I immediately interrupted him about to give him a piece of my mind for calling that time of day with my child still asleep, he hung up.  Gutless as well and parasitic.  

Kept asking me if I was..(my name) I asked him who he was. He had a thick middle eastern accent. He said are you or are you not (my name) I told him it didn't matter,he called me and what did he want. He then said,"just tell me who I am talking to you,it not like I am going to kidnap you."  I told him he was a rude S.O.B.,that I was reporting him and I hung up. He never told me his name.

These people just called my house at 5:30 a.m., waking one of my kids. Woman with heavy Indian accent started babbling about windows. Shared my thought with her in a less than kind way.

HELLO friends!!! Just got a call from 888-997-1637 some guy pretending to be a windows Microsoft IT guy. He wanted "to help me fix a problem" and said people were trying to access my Microsoft account with out my permission and if I allow him access to my computer he will help me fix the problem=0) What a nice guy! lol. ITS A SCAM! Of course I laughed at him and let him know only my husband is allowed to see my computers inner workings. Keep your personal information safe guys...

Unwanted solicitations

Just got a call from this number.  They didn't leave a message, but I am getting tired of these calls.  Can't something be done to stop these people?

They called at 7am on a Saturday morning!! Trying to say my computer had been hacked. I have a sick grandpa in the hospital and it scared us to get woke up by a phone call this early. I told them not to call again and put me on their do not call list but they have called again twice.

Just called my number at 10:30pm, very disturbing.   The caller ID display says: Not Provided, so I didn't answer.
No message left.

Nothing like getting awakened at 7:30 on Thanksgiving morning by this scammer!! They also called last night at 11:30. Something needs to be done about this.

They called us Thanksgiving morning a 7 am. I wanted to throttle them.

Just got call saying I had a computer problem around 9:45 MST.  I said I don't have a computer problem and he said "you wouldn't know".  I said he was a scammer then he hung up on me.

He had a middle eastern accent.

Called at 10 pm on Thanksgiving! Unbelievable!

They called me this evening at 11:30 and said he was from the Windows security team and that my computer was downloading tons of "hacking files" and that he can prove it by telling my computer license ID.  I called him on it, gave him a hard time about where he was calling from and how late it was but he insisted he was calling from Mountain View, CA at the Windows security center, so I let him talk (knowing he was full of $#!7).  He wanted me to let him talk me through scanning for the hacking files.  He talked to me like I was a complete moron, I finally told him I know how to use my computer (because I'm a software engineer).  He had me bring up a cmd prompt, then had me type "'a' as in apple, 's' as in sugar, followed by another 's' as in sugar", then said "hold one moment", then hung up on me...leaving me staring at a cmd prompt with 'ass' on the screen.  I had to laugh!  I got to him enough to call me an ass.  Job well done on my part.  Thick, thick Indian (dot, not feather) accent (no surprise there).  Just don't answer...or do and have tons of fun with them!

Woke us all up in the house, 7:17 am to be exact, my husband talked to a woman with an Indian accent, she got to help us, yeah right with our pc problem, said she represented a company called   Patel, yeah right , I'm on to them, I just wish the  FTC would, I went back to sleep. I had an absolute nightmare about them that is because these people are a nightmare, the evil lizard kind.

They are random dialing.  Block the calls with your phone provider.  I do it with Time Wanrner....They are going on today.

Tell him his mother is a Cu$t and she f$cked all the guys at a bar last night, and what a [***] she is.  Keep them going for as long as possible...Insult their mothers and their wives calling them [***].....Their mothers and their wives are very sacred to them.....lololololol.....or talk quietly, and when they say they cant hear you, and try to turn up their volume, blow a really loud whistle in their ear as hard as you can!!!!!!!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOL

They called and wanted me to kill [***],I told them [***] kill themselfs.

They called last night around 7pm central time my husband told them we don't own a computer then they called again this morning at 7am. I told them the same thing then told them that my number is on the no call list. He hung up on me.
