Some fool calls asks "Is this *****" and I say "yea who's this" fool hangs up and calls me again in a few hours, rinse and repeat

Hello this number called me too but when I picked up, all I heard was wind.  It was so strange...

I get this number calling me constantly, I don't answer because I figured it was just a telemarketer. Today i decided to finally look up the number and it's a virgin mobile number. I've never called them for anything nor do i need tech support for anything. How do i get them to stop calling me? I already get texts and emails from them for stuff. I say its harassment as I'm always paid up on my bill too.

Called about 4:30 13 March 2018. The number is Virgin Mobile.  I don't know why they're calling no message left.
