I  complained immediately to Verizon.
Verizon said they would take care of it.
It stayed on my bill for months and then all of a sudden they charged me (5/08) .  I am on the auto payment plan.
I called again and she checked it out.  She told me she would credit it and then told me to be careful what I clicked on while on the internet that the isp could get my number and bill me (WTF). She never suggested the block.
That is funny. Then I googled this here.
Hope this is gone now that it is months later! Was it a virus on one of our computers??

This is a number to get an access code to a pornographic website called mike in Brazil.  Someone in your family or with access to your house must have dialed to get the access code avoiding the use of a credit card and therefore being anonymous.  I hope that will help.
