Recd call from +911 and was told I had a warrant in California.   U don't live there.  Was told to call this # 903-960-9486 dept of justice, michael black.   Never called did reverse look up and its a cell phone.  SCAM

Well I got a call on my cell with the number coming across from 911, as if 911 would ever dial out unless someone calls them and hang up which I didn't.  Well they left me a disturbing vm saying i was going to be arrested, and to contact them back immediately.  Well I think that if you are going to be arrested the authorities don't call to warn you.  I really want to report this, as they are very fraudulant and should not be calling people with unwarranted threats.

I received a call from this number and said I could be arrested today.  For me to call Mike Black.  I called but no answer.  I know now not to call or answer.  Thanks for info.

They called from 911 and told me to call the 903 number I did and he said I had a warrant for my arrest. They were ride and tried to play on my intelligence. I know for certain 911 doesn't call out unless they had a prank caller from my number but they didn't.

I received a call from this number, it scared me! I called the number back, no returned call just a voicemai Then he called me back and said that I would be arrested! Is this a scam?.

Hi Paula.  I got the same kind of call today saying the same thing. I did not call them I went right to my police department and my Sgt call the number.  The man answered and said he was officer Michael Black, he could not speak very good English. My Sgt stated why u calling people and the guy told the sgt to go [***] his mother.

I had a call like this yesterday.  Same Everything except I don't know the State because the guys accent was so heavy.  Thank goodness for Google Search.  These people need a life

Yeah they called me today trying to say I owed $480 from 5 years ago. They gave me my email address and asked me for my last four of my social. I told them and they gave me this bogus id number and said I would be arrested in two hours by the cops if I didn't pay the debt. He was really rude to be a detective and I ask why was he talking to me like a damn fool. I said come arrest me then [***]. And he hung up. This number here. 903-960-9486

The same thing happened to me 7 hours ago.  First got a call from emergency 911 and I was scared.  The man spoke with a very strong Asian type accent stating that the Dept. Of Justice had a complaint against me and there is a warrent for my arrest.  I asked his name and he said Deputy Allen Martin and offered badge number 203cx03 and told me to call Officer Michael Black.  He also gave me a case number to give Michael Black.  I called the 903-960-9486 number.  The man answered said he was officer black and said the complaint was from cash at once incorporated.  He then read a complaint against me stating I had five counts of fraud and that he was my case concerned officer and I could send a money order for 520.00 to clear this up or I would be arrested. I said I have done nothing wrong and I would not send the money.  He was very rude during the entire call and finally told me he was going to have me arrested.  I said fine and he hung up on me.  I will be contacting the police as well in the morning.  Scared me becase my phone lit up like a emergency 911 call.  Oh yeah they also had my email address.  Some sort of hacking scam.

I received a call from a Deputy Alan Martin #003003 Michigan State Sheriff he said he was, and that I needed to call a Michael Black Department of Justice that I was under arrest.
