Received a voicemail from #911, a Deputy Allen Martin left a message. (American sounding name, but he had a very thick, non-American accent). Said he was calling from the California State Sheriff's Department and that if I didn't call #903-960-9486 and speak to a Michael Black, that I could be arrested.

There is no agency in CA by the name of CA State Sheriff's Department. They are calling me in CA, but I'm supposed to return a call to an officer in Texas?

He called saying the same, I have a warrant, couldn't tell me the state I live in. So I called the police in Tyler and Longview Texas and reported him. Not much they can do. There needs to be something we can do to stop idiots like him.

I just received a call from a 911 number saying that I owed $690 to cash advance.  I don't even have a loan with them! He told me to call a Michael Black and he then read off 5 counts. Said that if I didn't pay in the next two hours, I would be arrested. I'm happy I looked on here and did my research because it sounded bogus

I got a call stating to call this number and speak to a Mike Black..in regards to me being arrested today. The caller said that he was Allen Martin from the Pennsylvania State Sheriff Department... The caller had a foreign accent and he hesitated before he said my first name. He did not use my last name during the call.  It came on my phone as an Emergency Call from 911. I am sure that this type of call would not come as far as Texas.. I would appreciate if someone could check this out.

This idiot called me again. So I gave him a mouth full and kept calling him back. I will do this daily! See how he likes it...

He is a scammer. I have reported him and cops say they can't help. So I have called him and gave his number to friends and we bug him so much that he told us sorry. I advise everyone to do the same.

Same thing 911 call and vm that said michael black had a warrant out for my areest and to called back. After listening to him barely since he had a heavy accent he told me he was from department of justice and his name was Allen Martin. And if I didn't pay 500 within 45mins he will tell cash advance I didn't cooperate and the federal government will be issuing a warrant for my arrest. I said ok ill call my lawyer and I called local police. They told me to have the guy call him. So I did I call "allen martin " back and said you deal only with my lawyer here is his number and I gave him the local police number. And then I had my 12 year old call and say he got a voicemail.  Then the guy freaked on him saying "do you want to be arrested" my son said but that's not legal im 12.

Just received this call. Caller ID stated Ernest Alonzo and the number was 9039609486. I did not answer but the message left for me stated I had some serious allegations made against me and to call back to settle this matter.
He had a foreign accent, was difficult to understand, and stated I needed to take this matter seriously! He
ended with, "may God keep you..." or something like that.
Enough of this nonsense! I will Google this person.
