I have received calls and also emails regarding this number. They are calling saying I owe money to a company I have never taken out a loan with:   These emails have no real details either.

Left A Message On My E-mail Stating That I Was going To Be Sued In 2 Days, they Have My Name, Address, Phone Number And Social Security Number. Lets Stop These People

Same thing here. Telling me I was being sued and needed to pay money for a lawyer. Did they keep sending emails or did it just stop?? Cant believe they had my SSN and phone number. How would one get this??

The callers are most likely not the above firm.

I have received this email as well and it is scary because they have all my information. I would like to know what to do to protect my privacy.

I recieved a email from a Micheal Davis saying there was a lawsuit against me. Never heard of him do not know how he got my imformation. Never taken out a lon from them either. Help stop these people.

They also sent me an email i researched the "law firm" he is from waiting on response said it was from Holland & Knight

Call your bank(s) and at least one of the three credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) and ask them to place fraud alerts on all your accounts.  You may also want to look at identity theft protection if they have your SSN.

I have no idea who these people are and I have NOT done business with them..  But I continue to get a spam letter or call like this I am not  happy they have my social security number and have included it within an email to me.. I consider this invasion of privacy . letter dated may 26.  Below is some of the text.

>>>>Let me introduce myself. I am a Senior Attorney Michael Davis from Holland &
Knight Law Associate. As we were trying to reach you since a couple of days
regarding a very serious matter about a lawsuit filed on your name stating that
you are doing some fraud and Civil litigations.

 >>>  "I am really very sorry to say you that you are going to be legally prosecuted in
the Court House within couple of days. Your SSN is put on hold by US Government,
so before something goes wrong I thought that I shall call you and notify you
about this matter. But as I was not able to reach you I am sending you a final
notification Email. So please take a piece of paper and write down your case
file Case No# 692 and second thing since it’s a legal matter you will be needed
my help, so please write down my callback number is (904) 402 9036 Ext 195 For
the records you.">>>>

I received the same e-mail; however they will not provide me with their company address.  I did not take out a loan with their company.

i too received that exact same email and what should i doo.

Holland & Knight is one of the largest and most respected law firms in the country; doubtful an associate would not be able to put coherent sentences together. There is no one by that name works there.

*Note, its not unusual for extortion scammers to use and abuse real Attorney's names and business name of legitimate firms as well.

I received this same exact email today about 7:30pm and decided to research this number before calling back, and it scared me to see they have my real Ssn!! I immediately enrolled in identity theft with my car insurance. Anyone that receive this email please get identity theft!! It's no telling what they will do with our SSN!!

I received this same exact email this is scary. I have a scam alert already will possible idenity theft thru my job.. a few months ago. Please keep posting as what to do.

I received an email just like all the others listed.  I am so sick of these stupid people and would like to send my email to someone of authority.  The FBI should be notified ASAP.  This could scare someone really bad.  HELP!  Thanks...

I received  this too from a man that said his name is Att. Michael Davis n that my case number is # 103828 and that i borrowed money from American Cash Advance which never happened but the funny part is that it all says the same it will levied up to 11,958. Im curious how they got my social and all my information.
