I received an old message from this new number, today.  I listened to the recording letting me know that I "should consider this my last notification" to take advantage of their offer to lower my interest rates.  I press the key to speak to a live operator. The representative answers with the same script every time: "Do you want to lower the interest rate on your credit card?"  I said, "No, I would like to be removed from your call list."  The representative disconnected before I could finish the sentence.  In the past, when receiving the same, identical call, I have asked the name of their company.  They have hung up at that point.  I did a reverse look-up of the previous number, but they appear to be FALSE numbers showing up on the caller I.D. because there is no one answering the number if you call.
I have drawn the conclusion that this whole elaborate scheme is designed to steal credit card information.  I advise all of my friends and family to avoid this type of Telephone-theft.  Until the company becomes legitimate enough to use a real telephone number and be willing to tell me the name of their company, I have to assume the company and ALL of their employees are immoral, unethical, and probably THEIVES.

I am sick to death of these unwanted and not asked for phone calls on this type of solicitation!!!
I sign up on the Do Not Call registry every 3-5 months, my cell is a business cell and I do not document that phone number on any web forms or anything!  

I would like nothing better than to call them at home or at work and hang up on them! and then file a humongous complaint with the BBB!!!!

Same lines as Rachel from Card Services but with a new message (ie, same lines but read by a different person).

Operator claimed the company name was "MBM."

These scammers have called my cell phone!  I have never ever received scam calls on my cell phone.  That worries me.....they did not even speak.

I received an automated call today (1st RED FLAG) and I should have hung up!  But no, I pressed "1" and was connected with Chris.  He told me he was calling from Card Services Financial (2nd RED FLAG) in Arizona.  A quick look at my Caller ID indicated this person was calling from the 904 area code in Florida (3rd RED FLAG).  He said he could consolidate my credit card debt and lower my interest rate for a fee of $998 paid up frong (4th RED FLAG).  I asked for his return number and he gave me an 800-number with extension.  I also asked for their company website - www.nbmoneysavings.com - which doesn't exist.  He asked me for one of my credit card numbers (5th RED FLAG) so he could "verify" my outstanding balance and get the "registration" process started.  I did not give him anything.  I usually don't even talk to these people; however, the call came to my work phone and I automatically picked-up.  Next time I will hang up at the FIRST RED FLAG!!

Received call @ 9:36am pacific on cell number. Did not answer. My number is registered on do not call. I just don't answer the phone anymore unless I have apersonal relationship with the person associated with the phone number.

I just got a call on my cell phone from these people. They had not bothered me for quite some time, but it looks like they are back. I should have just hit reject, but I didn't.

My phone is also registered with the DoNotCall list and in my state(Louisiana), it is illegal to make telemarking calls to a cell phone whether it is registered or not.

All I can do is report this and hope something gets done.

Have received MANY calls from this number, each time I ask to be removed and they hang up before I finish. I am registered on do not call list but a lot of good that does.

I have my phone on the Do Not Call  list and here are the numbers I received calls from. 904-425-5642,405-568-0145,701-671-9224, and 609-227-4849. If anyone finds a way to stop these call it would be great.

Second day of calls from this number...no one on line and I hung up when no one answered my greeting the second time.  Irritating that people have nothing better to do with their time than annoy others.

Spoofed caller ID.  Call back leads nowhere.

The intro was:  Hi this is Tiffany from Cardholder Services".  That's all it took for me to hang up.  I'd like to service them with a bucket of slime.

I have received over 100 phone calls from this # and other fake ones.  all  II do is make them answer say some vulgar words  I hope I get a rise out of them,its a game now so I play it well. The best is when they call when im at work ,I run to a big rig and blow the airhorn during there questions,one operator was  like "oh my god my ears!"   keep calling im ready.

How do I get these to stop

That DO NOT CALL Registry sure have a lot of sheep fooled.It's nothing but a data mining database,to keep track of your personal information.
Stop being a fool thinking that the good ole government agency is protecting you from some psycho caller.These cats are making big bucks selling your mobile number.

If that were the case, the ones who sell people's number should have their own numbers sold. Tit for tat?

These PESTS have set a new low.  They have called all day on Christmas Eve -- have they no shame.
I am on the phone trying to get family squared away and these PARASITES can't even take a sacred day off from their scam credit card business.  Plus when you call their number -- "the number you have dialed is not in service".  Anybody have a good idea what to do?  Obviously the DNC registry is worthless.
Listen you bunch of slime-buckets ----- paybacks are hell.
And that's all I've got to say about that.

These calls are more than just bothersome, are actually harassment when calling more than once a day. My suggestion--let answering machine pick up with the message "this call is being recorded and caller id is also recorded.  In the event that this is not a personal call, recording will be turned over the the proper authorities"

This has almost eliminated these types of calls for me.  They know they are breaking the law, but so few people really record it or keep track and acutally turn it in.  

Keep a record--or get a detailed phone bill that list all incoming calls--highlight these and then turn it over to your phone company.  In extreme circumstances, if you can find out company name and address, you can file harassment charges at your local magistrate.  yes, this can be time consuming to start with, but you'd be surprised how many calls you WON'T get after a month or two.  The last month my phone has been so quiet, i pick it up just to make sure I still have a dial tone!!!!
