Recieved a call from this number about lowering credit card percentage rates.  When I pushed one for customer service and spoke to a customer service representative telling him that my number is on the Government Do Not Call list and that it is against the law to continue calling me, he hung up.

Recorded message like the old ones from 'Rachel' at Cardmember Services.  Script just the same and detailed above.  New number for them anyway but same result.  Will report this one as well to FTC website.  I never opt to speak with their moronic human operators.  Just to hard not to laugh.

Ring. Ring. Ring. Hello. *dead air*. Hello. *dead air* then the call disconnects from their end.

Constant calls to my cell phone. When I see the number I disonnect the call.
I have called them back many times to request the calls stop and I have been hung up on everythime. This outfit is appalling. I called Verizon about this and they state they can't do anything about it. I think they should do something about it.

called at 11:00 a.m. this morning, phone rang numerous times, did not answer and caller did not leave a message but stayed on the line in order for the answering machine to record background noises.

Called cell phone, and didn't leave message. Not the first time that they have called, never leave message.

417-800-2363  called 10 min after this 425 number calle  and 1/2 hour later 402-982-0422 all the same company.  I wonder what these roaches get paid per hour- Im guessing 1.00 per hour then 100 bonus if you talk to them!! Leaches, leapers, scum, road kill!

Receive unsolicited call from 904-425-5642 pm 1/17/13 at 9:39a, although our # is on the do not call list.  Like other callers state, it's a final notice to see about lowering your interest rate to 6.9%, so I pressed 1 to see what the company was.  The guy on the phone asked if I was inquiring about lowering my interest rate, and I asked him what the name of the company was and he said National Card Services.  When I asked who they maintained credit cards for, he hung up. I knew it was a scam, was just seeing how much info I could get out.  Now at least I have some information to report on the gov'ts Do Not Call Registry.  Even if it's fake, maybe reporting all the #'s they use will lead to them being hassled to change them.

What do we do with these people.  I have tried everything.  I understand we are to call the Federal Trade Commission if these calls presist after having been put on the no call list.  How do we get to the FTC?????

WOW... looks as if the do not call list is a prime list for this type of caller to research and blast everyone on it.  Bummer.  Hopefully enough petition efforts happen to stop this type of annoyance.

They called me again today, January 17, at 4:13PM Central Time. I answered because I was expecting a call, but didn't know what number it would come from. Tiffany at Cardholder Services offering a deal to lower my interest rate. I actually listened to the whole thing this time, but pressed 3 to be removed from the list instead of 1 to speak to a representative. Hopefully they will get the message.

When they called me a month ago(December 13) from this number, I reported it to DoNotCall and it looks like nothing has been done. These scammers need to be shut down!

This is ridiculous.  Its the thirtieth call on my cell in the last two months.  This NEEDS TO BE OUTLAWED.  How does one prosecute them  How is this legal?

You are right about them trying to get credit card numbers.  I stopped answering out of state calls and I google the number to find out who it was.  I report to the no call lists and I've called the FTC twice.  they are working on it and have busted 5 of these companies in the last few months, but I'm still getting weekly calls, 4 this week on different numbers we have!

We get them on our cell phones too and we are unlisted and on the no call lists.  They don't care.  They are just robocalling and won't stop.  It's over a year and a half and we're still getting the calls.  The best thing is don't answer the phone on those out of state calls and report to the no call lists after you google the number and find out if it's that Card Services.  They are the lowest of the low scum of the earth!
