Acually, I found that it was a Sales Marketing company.  Ray Monasterski VP Business Development's cell number is 404-394-2741!
Every time ESM (Evergreen Sales & Marketing) calls me, I call this guys cell.
Do this every time ESM calls you and see how they like it!
I called this guy, it went straight to voice mail.  I left a message letting him know he's pissed off quite a few people and that the messages, and phone calls from ALLLL the people he's pissing off will not stop until the phone calls stop coming in.
They have called me at least 4 times an hour every hour from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.allowig it to only ring twice before hanging up, never leaving a message, will not answer when I pick up and hang up on you if you call back. I am also on the DO NOT CALL list  and am really sick of phone calls like this, and I used to get them from Google (so they'd say).  It's nearly impossible to get anyone to answer and they do NOT actually take your name off when you ask them to, when they say the are.
I have absolutely NO problem calling Ray every hour 4 times and leaving a happy little message.  This is ridiculous.

I keep getting calls from this number asking for a 'conception' sounds like a spanish name - i keep telling them that its not me and never heard of that person. they started calling my cell and now have some how gotten my office number - don't know how they got my numbers never had problems before

i have recieved 3 calls from this number tonite each time someone says there name is heather i have found outwho this person is the one making theses calls is tina michell spencer obviously she has stolled this phone she has already been in jail for stealing credit cards

to all the people who have people who are having ph problems with this caller i know how you feel i have received three calls myself tonite from this number warrening ppl i know who this person is her name is katina michell spencer she is a conartist do not give her any of your bank or credit card information she has spent time in jail for credit card fraud she is trying to get your numbers trust me my sugestion to all of you is to contact sampson county sheriff dept 9105924141 they already have her on record because of her jailtime she has spent there for this same thing plz report it she needs to be stoped

I got 2 calls from this number in the last couple of hours - I am already sick of it! And they are calling me on my cell phone...how the heck did they get my cell phon enumber? Every single time I pick up and say hello - no one says anything. Then eventually they hang up. So, I decided to google the number and found this site.

Does anyone know exactly who this is?? I am also on the Do Not Call List.

Debt collection agency, who's common practice is to call daily with passive aggressive threats and personal attacks. Sears is one company that refers their collection accounts to CCS / LVNV in Jacksonville, Fl.

I know exactly who this is.Her name is Katina Spencer(Or her use to be married name is Sander)Her and my brother use to go out and she lived with my family and i for a couple months and then she went to jail for stealing credit cards numbers.Thats when we found out that she had lied to us about the credit card number she had.So when she calls make sure u don't give her any bank info or credit cards numbers or anything like that ....she needs to be stop so report it

Just so everyone know the person making the calls is Katina Spencer. She calls me also and does the same thing or talks crap to my brother (who is her ex boyfriend) so everyone make sure when u get a call from this number to report it because I'm thinking that she has stolen a cellphone off of someone who works at this credit place and the cell phone goes straight to the answering machine I guessing. But I do know that it is Katina Spencer because everytime she calls it's this number that pops up.

My former husband has been receiving these calls at the same frequency as above. He would have disregarded the messages completely, but he recently had some medical issues and was reasonably concerned about whether he might be getting a call about a medical bill, despite his best efforts to pay what he owes. As you may know, dishonest insurance companies fail to pay medical bills and cause consumers to be turned over to collection without their knowledge all the time.

I called the Ronald M .. . . number listed above and advised that I am an attorney, that he is calling a number listed on the do-not-call registry, and that I will pursue legal action. At this point, the concern is ending the barrage of calls. However, we will consider legal action.

It's a collection agency.  I used to get calls 4 or 5 times a day now it's twice a day for maybe 2 or 3 days a week.  I'm hoping they're starting to give up since I don't answer.  Sometimes they leave a message sometimes they don't.  
BTW - I spoke to someone at another collection agency who told me they have a computer system that can pick a number and call from it to you so it looks like they're in the local area when they are really located hundreds of miles away.  So be careful and don't answer if you don't recognize the number.

BTW again - Being on the do not call list won't stop a collection call.  You give permission to be contacted when you do business with the credit card or bank or whomever you owe that is now calling to collect.

This is a collection agency called "Central Credit Services" or "CCS".

I routinely receive calls from this number on my cell phone.  Like others, I don’t know how they got my cell number and I’m also on the do not call list.  I never answer the call and I’m going to call AT&T and find out if I can have it blocked.

I hope Kelli the Mean Old Lawyer follows through with her legal action.

The callers name is diane davis from central credit svcs

Someone by the name of Phyllis Conway called my daughter's unlisted number and asked for me. I have no idea how they got my daughter's number or why, since I've never lived at her address.  

If this outfit were a legitimate company, they would not have my phone number, which is listed.

My daughter took the message, which was to call 1-866-580-0307. However, the name and number on the caller ID was CCS (904) 562-6650.

Called at 9:18 p.m. local time.  No one was there I could tell to screw off.  Annoying bast***s.  Calls after 9 p.m.?  FCC?  You bet.

Got a call with a recorded message advising to call 888-866-6484 for some sort of disclosure.  LMAO!  Who are they trying to fool?  I'm far ahead of them as far as tactics like this.  Anyway...the number is blacklisted. It  will never be seen again.  :)
