I too have been getting their annoying calls on my cell phone, and have called to be taken off their list.

I have received 2 phone calls at my home phone from the number 1-904-562-6659 and I want them to stop calling me!

Several calls each day - Sometimes a hang up, Sometimes a fax machine.

Same as the other reports...keeps calling my cell phone over and over, no messages & hang ups.

I called there was an option to be taken off their caller list. I did hopefully it will work

Calls and when I pick up . They hang up. This happens everyday except on weekends. Does not leave messages on machine either.

They do the same thing to me!  They called twice in a row and hung up on me.  I called there number back and entered my number in for their do not call list, although I am ALREADY on the do not call list!!!!

How do these people get cell phone numbers?????  Very annoying!

Let's file a class action lawsuit:

The Consumer Telecommunication Protection Act says that the first unsolicited call can reward the plaintiff $500.00.  Each one after that is $1500.00 or more.  The exception is if they have a previous business relationship with you.  I have a relationship with Comcast but NOT with Evergreen.  Never-the-less, if I give them a pass on the first call, once I notify them not to solicit to me anymore, they are violating the law.  The cell phone records show how many times they called me.  They can try to claim that we didn't opt out.  However, they are then calling ALL of us liars.  That's a little hard to believe.

Same as the others.  They call and hang up within about 2 rings so I can't even answer. If I call back I get the message from Evergreen saying that they are calling on behalf of my cable company.  Mine is Comcast so that's who must have given them my number.  They gave an option to opt-out of the calls but it has done nothing after trying to opt-out two times in the past month.  I also tried to do it online.  Still no results.

I got two calls right in a row from this number, no message left.

there was a florida call called me two hours ago telling me that i owed
my bank that i do buisness with $900.00 and i said to the people that I
don't owe this amount

these strange numbers are coming on my caller id and i don't know any of these people

the name of the party contacted me was ever clear collection agency and
i can't find no sush party on the internet

the number is 305 749-5200

I do not want calls from this number.

people from this # in Jacksonville, Fla call at least 2 times a day for months, including Sat at 8:30 am.  I'm already on a do no call list. This needs to stop.

Called three times within the last four days.
Want it stopped immediately.

THIS WORKS GREAT!! I found it before I saw this site, but USE THIS!! I left a nice, legal email showing my contempt.

Has called my cell phone every evening for the past 3 weeks. This needs to stop!!!

I also received MANY calls from this number, some 1 minute apart!! I sent a not so nice e-mail to the names 'what the heck' listed above and they responded almost immediately that I have been removed from their call list. We'll see in the next couple of days if it worked. Thanks what the heck for posting that info!!

I just received a call back to back within seconds.. Not sure as to why they are calling me since I'm reading that this is cable services in Fla. and I live in Alabama.
