I get the same calls from different numbers on my cell and what I ended up doing is having them sent right to voice mail. After the first time they call I put them in group on my cell and it sends them right to vioce mail. I figure if they really want to talk to me they will leave a message and if they don't leave a message it's there loss not mine. I get the first annoying call and then it's there problem not mine if they leave no message. Good Luck

This # has been calling for a few weeks now, found it they are Evergreen that works on behalf of several internet/cable/phone companies including Brighthouse.  I called them back and pushed option #2 to be placed on their own do not call listing. We'll see if it works.

Called just now and hung up without leaving a message.
We are on the federal Do Not Call list and have filed a complaint with the FCC.  We also called back the offending number, got an auto-answer by "Evergreen", and asked to be put on their DNC list as well.

i get these calls anytime even in church on sunday, can't shut my phone off cause i'm on a V FD and need to know when it's an emergency.  i left evergreen a VERY blistering e-mail!!  see if it stops!

Calls on behalf of your cable/I'net/phone provider.  At this site I found you can have your number removed via e-mail request, or via a (LD) phone call to their offices.  I submited my request via phone - hope it works!

Mary my boyfriend was laid off but the large corporation lied and said he quit so he couldn't get unemployment and was forced to take a telemarketer job with no benefits or we would have no food, pet food, the car payments or mortgage.  He is losing his hearing from people screaming and doing what you suggested.  Don't blow whistles in someone's ear the computer dials the numbers and sometimes it drops them which is why there isn't someone there when you answer.  Contact the companies Presidents and CEO's and then the FTC if you want to be removed and/or if they don't remove you.  When he comes home exhausted late at night all I can do is pray and cry he will make it through another day without committing suicide.

Canceled Comcast two months ago. Now I'm getting telemarketing calls from these people?  Terrible.  And according to the FCC website they can call me for the next 18 months unless I contact them and tell them to put me on their do not call list.

But in my vast experience dealing with telemarketers, they will ignore all requests to stop calling. They'll even claim that since I contacted them I established a business relationship via an inquiry call.  All I can do is report the calls to the FCC and hopefully they'll shut the business down.  Maybe they'll call Charles Schumer and he'll shut them down, although it shouldn't take a politician to get mad to get some action or enforcement of laws.

I too are getting these phone calls however, I don't live in Jacksonville!!!! The calls go to my home phone about 2x a day.

Calls repeatedly on my cell phone and leaves no messages!  After typing the number in online I find I am not alone and it is some sales call from ComCast - this is why I am reporting it!  What a pain!

I am sorry I really feel for your boyfriend however he is bringing it on himself as consumers we know how to find something we want we dont need companys to call us and sell us stuff.we have phonebooks and if we want something we can find it.
there should be a call list.if someone wants to be called ...they can put thier number on that list .zIf not everyone else shouid; be off limits.
