I have no idea how they got my cell number but they called me. I never picked up.

its a guy with a autocall machine. he uses it to cause problems for people. report it to the police as harrassment or stalking. they'll get to it. if you have the number, you can also find him on online searches.

I saw this number pop up for the first time today...on my cellphone.  I googled the area code and its a number based out of Florida.  I never answer calls I don't recognize because 9 times out of 10 its someone trying to sell something or get some personal information from me.

If you have caller id - don't answer odd numbers that pop up or if you don't recognize the number, don't answer.  Unfortunately there isn't a way to stop these calls.  The only thing we can do is NOT answer.  Sometimes if you answer its an automated thing that verifies that your number is a working number.  So if you never answer, eventually their computer will give up on that number and treat it as a dead number.

As for the people that have a call from this number threatening them...Call your local authorities and maybe they can point you in the direction of who to contact if they can't help you.

Just got a call from this number.  Somehow he got my forwarding number that I don't normally give out. What can we do????

Just got a call from this number(again) hit 1 and some dude answered, mumbled something and then hung up.  I called my cell phone company and they blocked the number for me.

also make sure to register at http://www.donotcall.gov puts your number on a list of numbers that won't be called by telemarketers, and if you are, you have the right to report them.

If they're wasting your time, return the favor.
Answer their calls and jack with them. Say 'yes' to all their questions give them a fake name, fake credit card number. Keep them on the line for as long as possible.

If 10% of the people they called "messed" with them they'd go out of business.  Believe it or not, if you ignore their calls it makes their jobs easier. Make 'em earn their f*u*c*king money.

Got a call from this # today. Tried to call the # back and got a busy tone. Glad I didnt have to waste my time to talk to them.

I get calls from this number daily but never pick up since it's an unfamiliar number. They never leave a message. I also get calls from 202-610-3068. Once I answered and it was an automation talking about my factory warranty ending on my car. I dont even own a car. Disturbing.

Called and did not know number so I didn't pick up. Don't know how they got number.

Go to callercomplaints.com from there you can search the number to get info on it. But you can also file a complaint against the number.

I got a call from them and they hung up on me when I questioned what they're calling about. I did some investigating and found out the carrier of the company is US LEC. I called US LEC at 800-978-7532 and told them what was going on. Threats, harrassment, and so forth. They said that it was a new account, and that they will talk to the account manager to try to shut it down. I suggesst everyone call this company and complain. I told them that they shouldn't want to be associated with a company that harrasses people. They were very nice, took my name and number and said that it would be taken care of.

I have received numerous calls from this telephone number.  It it is obviously some type of telemarketing regarding credit card rates. I have made numerous requests to be removed from there calling list but they continue to call.  My cell phone has been registered with the do not call list and these marketing people still continue to call.

I got a call from 904-863-0205 twice while I was talking on the other side of the line on march 25, 2009. Then, when I tried to return the call I got a disconnected like sound three times, no one ever answered my 3 returned calls. Is possible a scammer, or telemarketer, however this is my cell ph, not my home ph, and not many people have my personal cell number, this really is a matter of breach of privacy.

I got this call today, but luckily I wasn't in the room when the call came. Awhile back i received a call from another number, that wanted my social security number and such. No one answered, then they did. I did call the police, but they checked into it and said it was a legit place and that was it. Frustrating.

I was prompted to this man and in the background I heard another man yell ooooh 500 dollars they have money. I hung up the phone

Got a call from 9048630205.  Extremely annoying. How do they get your cell phone number.  How can we make it stop.

Got my first one today and by the looks of it, it won't be my last. Just kind of convenient that it comes after telling 2 other numbers out of Los Angeles there was no reason for them to be calling my number. The other numbers by the way are 213-228-8111 and 213-426-2760.
