If this is indeed a legitimate call they need to show who they are on caller ID.  Otherwise it will be treated as an annoying scam call.  Why are they ashamed to show who they are unless they are crooks?

First time receiving a call from this number.  I did not recognize so did not answer.  After reading all your helpful posts I added them to my ever growing reject phone list.   As a forever resident of CA it confuses me that a company halfway across the country having no business here should be wasting everyone's time calling.  I am on the DNC list, but it doesn't seem to matter.

    Leave Me Alone
I'm going to report this number to the attorney general's office in Illinois and Michigan, these people have called me three times and left no message. Late last year they called and I answered, the caller spoke with a heavy accent, he tried to collect money from me for the IRS saying I had to pay them or they would have me locked up. I told him to proceed locking with me having me locked up but before he did come to see me so I could kick his azz I received no further calls until today. What a bunch of idiots.

This was a simple survey for my power company. It took me 6 minutes, the lady was very nice. If you don't want to do the survey tell them or they will keep calling back.

DNC list applies only to marketing, not surveys.

What is the full, legal name of the "survey company"?
    What is their legal address?
    What is their website address?
What is the name of your power company, and in what state is it located?

If you do not reply, your previous statements will considered highly suspicious.

funny how people spend 10 minutes complaining on the internet about it when the survey would have taken 5 minutes.

I agree that surveys do not apply to the DNCR. However that does NOT mean that a call from an alleged survey is a legitimate one.

The more Josh posts the more convinced I become that this is not a legitimate survey.

I don't want to participate in your survey.  I don't want calls from you.  I don't like you.  I don't like your company.  You're just telemarketers with a new product, data.  You and your sad little excuse for legitimacy are blocked.  I advise anyone and everyone to say NO to these ba$stards and put them out of business.

There is no law that forces people to take surveys against their will. There are, however, laws against harassing people into taking a survey against their will.

So, are you indicating the fact that you once delivered a few pizzas to an office park makes you an authority on corporate America?
