just got a call and msg left from ashley martin, looks to be same type of scam as others suggested just search ashley martin phone call , caller id shows this 909-502-2350 but msg says to call 855-475-2195

Got a call from 216-273-8005, ten minutes later, a call from 909-502-2350. Since I was sure it was the same energy carrier scam I didn't answer either one. They use spoofed numbers so they could be using the same # trying to get personal information by saying its about Yaz lawsuit or Duke Energy. Most of these scams are based overseas and it makes it difficult for the DNCR to pinpoint them. I would like them to be fitted with electrodes and everytime they call after being told to stop, or tell a lie (same thing) they get a strong shock to a sensitive area.

Just got a call from this number did not answer and they did not leave a message. I am on the do not call registry and they still called.. annoying.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Received call today. No message

Just got a call from this number - Chicagoland - they hung up when I answered.

Called my cell phone.  I did not answer since I did not recognize the number.  My number is registered on the "do not call" list.  They left a voice mail regarding a Yaz lawsuit.  No idea where they have gotten my name because I have never used birth control pills.

I have had my cell # for 16 years for my business (not published in yellow book) & personal calls and never got scam or telemarketers until now the last 6 to 8 weeks I get all kinds of calls, I don't answer the call if I don't recognize the # calling. If someone wants me leave a voice message and if its a customer or personal I call back immediately.  Most of them (scammers & marketers) don't leave a message.  Guess what they didn't leave a message! What is going on? Are they randomly dailing with software? Must be. Oh well gotta live with it we are a capitalist country...

Received voicemail "you may be entitled to financial compensation. Press one now to speak with a representative to see if you qualify. Again press one now to be connected."

I didn't catch the rest of it.  My number is on DNC list.

Just got a call from this number, did not answer it since I did not recognize it.  No message was left and when I tried to call it back it is a busy signal.

This caller has my cell number, calls and does not leave a message.  Posts online identify spamming for different information.  You cannot be deleted from mailing list - it keeps coming back.

It's an ambulance chasing group trying to drum up enough names for a class action suit.  One of those things where each one of the participants get $2.25 in the settlement and the Attorney gets $60,000,000.00.
Unfortunately,  the DNC does not apply to these calls.  Robo calling is however illegal in most states.

They are using computers & software to randomly dail.  Someone mentioned as well of this and a DNC LIST means nothing to scammers, if anything legally can be done about it; by the time the wheels turn they are packed up and moved on. You can bet if they are calling from the US the company is using a loop hole in the law. Most likely the calls are made thru a computer & are coming from some third world country.  Also around the holiday season you get all those nonprofit groups making calls.  Just like here on this site you  have to type in a validation code to confirm this comment is from a human being not a computer.  This is the tip of the iceberg on all the data gathering companies use these days. Example: Your grocery chain store knows a lot about you if you use a debit, check or credit card.

These guys get around. I got a call from this number 2 hours ago. They hung up as soon as I answered.

They called me 35 minutes ago and hung up when I answered. I suppose they are now selling my phone number to someone.

Number keeps calling trying to get me to pick up. Reported them for unwanted calling.
