Caller ID reports as American Red Cross. Never leaves message. Calls several times a week. When I did call the number back I got a cannot connect to extension message.  But then I called back again and got a person who answered as the Red Cross (Blood type O- department).  The person wanted my name to take me off the calling list but I didn't want to give it out.  They said they could take me off the list if I gave them my phone number, which I did.  They mentioned a name that they associated with my phone number but no one by that name lives here.  I think it was legitimate and that they will take me off the list.  I understand why they call so much, O- is universal donor.
