Thank you for all your advice as how to deal with this. I have gotten it several times and knew it was a scam but did not know who to report it too.

Got a email from jason scott I need to call 913 871 9371 or an arrest will be issued. Since this is a scam , I am deleting it. When I saw this I was terrified. Thanks for the help.

Ignore.  Total scam.  Just a lot of mish-mash meant to scare you into giving them some money.  Ignore them.  Block their calls.

The e-mails and phony arrest warrants are absurd on their face.  Why would a private attorney be involved in bringing a case which is the privilege of public prosecutors?  It's just stupid.    Only public prosecutors bring charges and private attorneys have nothing to do with the process of actually filing cases.

Ignore and block the calls and e-mails.

This is to inform you, that you are going to be legally prosecuted into The Court House within a couple of days. Your Social Security Number is put on hold by the US Federal Government, so before the case will filed to your name we would like to notify you about this matter.
It seems apparent that you have chosen to ignore all our efforts to contact you in order to resolve your debt with the Bureau of Defaulters Agency. At this point you have made your intentions clear and have left us no choice but to protect our interest in this matter. Now this means a few things for you, if you are under any state probation or payroll we need you to inform your manager/Concerned HR department about what you have done in the past and what would be the consequences once the case has been downloaded and executed in your name.
Now, FTC is pressing charges against you regarding 3 serious allegations:
1. Violation of federal banking regulation act 1983 (C)

And once you are found guilty in the court house, then you have to bear the entire cost of this lawsuit which totals to $13,271.15, excluding loan amount, attorney's fee & the interest charges. You have the right to hire an attorney. If you don't have/can't afford one then the court will appoint one for you.

There is a real attorney Jason Scott and the address on the warrant is correct. But the phone number isn't.

You can attach the email to a complaint filed with IC3, the cyber crimes division of the FBI. For Extortion Scam Operations,  File reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..  Emails can be attached to complaints filed with IC3, the cyber crimes division of the FBI.

There are probably a half dozen posts in here telling you what you need to know, do, and learn.  This thread is only 2 pages long.  Very easy to find the relevant posts since several are on this page.

OMG I just check my email and I seen the same thing it freak me out I tried downloading the warrant and calling they got my ssnumber attached how I don't know maybe them pay day loans but I will call.

WHY CALL???  You have been told an email warrant is NOTHING several times.

My only issue with this is that my social security number is in this email as well!

I got one of those emails there is no person it's fraud. If I had a debt like that it would be on my credit report I looked at it yesterday.

I got an email today what did you do to stop him. My was about a loan from an on line company

I got an email. From jason scott. A arrest warrant and a summons about a laon from a internet company.

I too just got this email. It does contain my social security number. That in and of itself is a bit disturbing.

Funny that is the exact same amount in my letter!!!!
