He called me this past weekend.  Talked non-stop.  I finally hung up on him.

They are documentary filmmakers he says he works with-don't know if it's true, but just wanted all who have left comments here "Murray" is alive and well and making calls to people with ALS.

Wow. You all are really nasty. I read that you don't even have the balls to answer the phone. NO wonder you have a family member with ALS. Dysfunctional!! is all I can say. Maybe Mr Murray is right and maybe he is wrong but it seems as though his intentions are good. It seems as though he believes in what he has concluded. If you aren't interested, just tell him so. But you all are really, really frightningly sick to post the comments you just have.

And for those of you who say "there is no cure" you are right, for YOU, there is no cure because you can't give someone something that they think they already have. So if you believe that there is no cure, for your loved one, there isn't.  But reality is far different from your narrow point of view. There are hundreds of millions of people in this world and you can not possibly know what all of them know.
If you were to say that YOU are unaware of a cure, that might be an accurate statement. But to say that just because YOU don't know of the cure there isn't one is completely arrogant and stupid.
