915-228-4578

Left message on cell. Said a lawsuit had been filed by the US government. Comes from an El Paso number. Robo voicemail left the following: "intentional fraud lawsuit has been filed under your name by the other states government you may call our department number 915284578 I repeat 915-284-5784 more information before we download your case into the court house…”

They followed up 2 hours later with the following: “Got any response from your end so it has been considered as an intentional fraud and lawsuit has been filed under your name by the United States government you may call our department number 915-228-4578 I repeat 915228…”

Got the same message just now on my work line.  Has to be a scam.

Angry call saying I am guilty of IRS fraud.  This is not true.

Just got the same voicemail message..  except said lawsuit for intentional fraud has been filed.

Received the same call. Total scam. The IRS will NEVER call. All correspondence from them is via the mail.

Just got the same call .. it came through first from el PAso TX (915) number then called back as unknown with a robo message talking about calling them back before they download my case to the courthouse...

Same thing - same message as above.

received this call today,when I returned the call, I first spoke with Kevin Marcus IRM 18624 and then was transferred to Marvin Clark 181085.

I explained to both of them that I had received a letter from the IRS dated 10.17.2017 stating that my audit was complete and thanking me for my payment.

Marvin insisted that I had been re-audited for several past years 2012-2015 and found several errors. If I paid $3849.00 today, the IRS would not file criminal charges against me, and would send and IRS officer to my house to explain the audit and the errors. If I did not, within 35 minutes of handing up, the IRS would file against me in the court of law and I will need a criminal attorney to prove my case. The charges were intentional fraud, non payment of taxes and other crimes. They would take all my assets and my bank accounts.

Was a automated voicemail about me owing the government money and being a tax fraud. I will block the number on my iPhone.

Same thing, both calls today were from (832) 645-2399. With the call back number of 915-228-4578.

Ditto. just listened to two messages identical to all the comments above.

Same as above saying they have been trying to contract me for the past 6 months and that no response indicates an intentional fraud but did not say what for. Told me told call them back at 915-228-4578 before it is filed in the court house. This was left as a robo-voicemail

I got it too, twice in a day. Scam.

These people are scammers. I had it out with one of their people once. Rude, nasty woman. She insisted I had committed fraud, and I had to pay. When I told her I was a stay at home mother with zero income, she stumbled over her words then said it was on our joint taxes. I asked what my husband's name was and got excuses, and more fumbling. Then she yelled at me about how I would be taken to court due to my uncooperative actions and then she hung up on me.

This was several months ago. They stopped calling for a bit but now I'm getting a call from them from a private number. The call back number is different from before, but it's the same people. Don't give them any information about yourself,  or your family.

100% crooks.

Got same call but number 915 288 4578. Saying they been trying to reach me for 6months. Now there a lawsuit against me for internal fraud.
