got call for IRS scam to have my attorney call them back

Called back multiple times and had them ditch my phone calls
but
they did record my name after I said it to probably use in some security setting

I am worried they can use my name for something identity fraud related

Received voice message stating the person is an IRS agent. Asked what was my name and of course I did not reply. Definately a scam.

Same call from an 'Officer Kia Roberts'_, thick accent . she said "it's an urgent matter that needs immediate attention and if she doesn't hear back from me or my attorney then all she can do is wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me. " 917.222.7426 YMAX COMMS CORP.

Keep receiving calls from (916) area code just never answer. I know it’s scams!

I just received a call from them twice and knew it was a scam.

They asked if they were speaking to me, had my full name, address, and last 4 digits of my social security number. And said that I am delinquent on a loan. I said that i do not have any loans, and they said they are a collector and would be taking legal actions. I hung up. Then later I called and it went straight to playing odd music, which usually doesn't happen. Typically, you get a prompt and phone tree, placed on hold then music plays. Really sucks, because I am getting these scam calls multiple times a week.
