OMG!!! I have been getting these calls for years they just don't understand that I am not giving any money up. These damn INDIANS are getting annoying now. I even have received these phone calls at work, I am tired of this it even went as far as me calling the police and making a police report on them. I even had an officer talk to them and the officer told them to leave me alone which they did for a while and two years later it is back again. I hope that no one is falling for this crap.

DOUBLE OMG!! SOMETHING REALLY WEIRD HAPPENED TO ME THIS MORNING, I KEEP GETTING A PHONE CALL FROM A 916 4698865 THEY LEFT ME A VM SO WHEN I GOT UP THIS MORNING I CHECKED MY VM AFTER LISTENING TO THEM I WAS LIKE WTF DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND THAT I HAVE A WARRANT OF ARREST FOR DOING FRAUD AND THAT IM GONNA BE IN JAIL FOR 7 YRS..YIKES! SO MY REACTION WAS LIKE OMG!! WTF!! DID I DO WRONG? SO I WAS LIKE PANICKING BAD..NOT KNOWING WHAT I DID WRONG.. I CALLED UP THE # S/W GEORGE BELASCO HE STATED HE IS ASSIGNED TO MY CASE AS SENIOR ATTORNEY.. (INDIAN ACCENT) SO HERE I AM PANICKING ALREADY BECAUSE THEY KNEW MY SS# PO BOX ADDRESS AND MY BUSINESS INFO.. BELASCO STATED HE HAS THE SHERIFF AND THE COURT ON THE OTHER LINE SO THEY CAN HEAR OUR CONVERSATION AND THAT I'M BEING RECORDED AND NOT TO INTERRUPT HIM WHILE HE IS READING THE CHARGES AGAINST ME .. WELL I HAD TO INTERRUPT HIM BECAUSE I DID NOT UNDERSTAND ONE DAMN THING HE SAID..LOL ANYWAYS  AFTER LISTENING TO HIM I ASKED HIM WHAT DID I DO WRONG? WHAT FRAUD? HE KEEPS SAYING ABOUT A LOAN.. I'M LIKE WHAT LOAN? AGAIN HE ASKED ME IF I WANTED THE SHERIFF TO PICK ME UP I'M LIKE OF COURSE NOT HELLOO ...BELASCO SAID THAT MY BAIL AMOUNT IS $4040.00 AND THEY WILL DROP THE CHARGES AGAINST ME..SO I ASKED BELASCO WHAT IS THE SHERIFFS NAME AND THE COURT INFO?  BELASCO SAID WHY DO YOU WANNA KNOW I SAID WELL HELLO WE ARE TALKING ABOUT $4040 HERE I NEED TO KNOW AND HE SAID JUST FOLLOW THE PROTOCOL.. IM LIKE IS THIS FRAUD OR WHAT? HE SAID WHAT MAKES YOU SAY THAT? WELL HELLO U DON'T WANNA GIVE ME ANY INFO ABOUT MY CASE OR THE SHERIFFS NAME N COURT INFO.. ANYWAYS MY CONVO. WITH BELASCO LASTED ABOUT AN HOUR.. AND IT'S ALL FRAUD FRAUD AND NOTHING BUT FRUAD!!! AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST BELASCO ALSO HAD A SHERIFF BY THE NAME OF SHAMIKA RODRIGUEZ TO SCARE ME THAT IF I DON'T PAY NOW THEY WILL PICK ME UP..IT'S A FRAUD.. BUT HONESTLY I GOT SCARED FOR A MIN THERE BUT AFTER TALKIN TO MY DETECTIVE FRIEND ITS ALL GOOD.... NOW LETS SEE WHO'S GOT THE GAME!!

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

They have called me 6 times today!!  This last time I told them well my phone line is tapped now to track you guys down, he responded good luck we already work for the gov't and were coming to get you.

Scam

I got the same call as everyone else except for mine was not to collect money or send me to jail. I asked where he got my number and he wanted my name and won't stop asking for my name... Then I hung up... He called back and I answered telling him why does he keep calling and what the hell does he want he told me he wanted to f@%$k me!!!! I told him he's dead if he calls again.

Yeah, they called me.  I called back and told them I was a lawyer with a law Firm, part of the cyber security division.  They Hung up.  Also, I am in the process of contacting California State Office and FBI Cyber Crimes.  

I been getting this calls and i don't knw that it is about...this guy tell me that his gonna send me a officer to arrested me and also that im gonna lose my work....

Indian scum from india called my job saying I owe money.I told him its a scam come arrest me please so I can put my hands on one of these harassing low lifes.he told me to f### my mother.I block every call now on my cell its great.just feel helpless when they call my job.dont know why they keep trying when there scam is not working??

They harass hard to hopefully get anyone to pay them some money they are not owed. If you look to my post above, read some of the articles I have listed.   Your Boss should look into getting them blocked and also file complaints. There may be some sort of blocking set up available for business's. They could talk to their phone service provider also.
