Got call on home landline last night.  Very threatening. Caller ID showed Superlative Bis LLC.  I have found out so far they are in Elk Grove CA and have an unpublished number through Frontier Communications.  Superlative is a collection agency according to Elk Grove yellow pages.  Does anyone know anything else about these people?

I too have been getting many phone calls from them.  I am filing a complaint against them and Alan Laskin, (attorney) qith the California Bar Association.  They, Superlative Bis have associated themselves with his office.

We have been getting calls from 916 478 - 6799, a woman keeps asking for a person that doesn't live in our home, and that no one in our family even knows. Even though I keep telling the lady that "we don't know anyone by that name" and that "the person doesn't live at our home," the lady keeps calling. Our phone shows the above number and that the phone call is coming from a place called Superlative Bis Llc.

Any further information would be appreciated.

Absolute jerks !! even though I told them I have no idea who they are calling,. they keep calling--rude, nasty..just hang up but they continue to call

One way to get them to stop is to fax them a Cease & Desist order to 800-547-4232.

Superlative RM ISNT a scam or rude people. Superlative RM is a debt collection agency. Of course some loser who cant pay their bills is going to call them a scam. I was in debt up to my eyeballs and who had my back? Superlative RM. They never askd for the bill in full amount. They immedietly offered me a settlement or monthly payments. I changed my life. Get you head out from between your legs and pay your bills!

First off you guys are a scam, second i have stated my real name in full get it write it down put it in a book i dont care. Listen if your represenatives are going to call me and leave me messages that are rude without tellingme what the calls are about then yes i say your company is  a scam. Furthermore, i do plan to keep a good copy of the recording on my answering machine. Lets play ball. Ill bet my attorny will love to hear the voice message as well....See you in court.

You should document everytime they call, get names times and the number and call a consumer attorney.  What they are doing is wrong.

Double check your info... I was told by someone at the FTC a fax may not take care of it..that you always send a certified letter...so not sure they seemed to be reading me the law when I spoke to their (FTC) rep.

I see they have changed their name since I worked there a few years ago.  They are owned by Comstock Holdings and "Superlative" is a little hole in the wall operation with 10 or collectors.  They violate the FDCPA and use threat tactics that are completely illegal.  I wouldn't talk to them if I were you.  They are ruthless and liars.

They were looking for my ex son in law and said they were attorneys!

They follow all fdcpa laws as well as the state laws. They are firm when telling you that its your debt you signed for it and you need to pay it... You want them to stop calling Pay Your Bills.

They call me. I tell them I can't pay (i really can't). I told if they were real lawyers, they could go ahead and sue me. I really don't care - I'll file bankruptcy. But they have no "cojones". I have programmed my phone to forward their calls to another debt collector that calls me.

Love it I agree .. pay your bills people, debt collectors help our economy by stimulating Stagnant money back into it. Unlike people who don't pay there bills they are doing this world a great service.

They have to prove in writing that the debt is valid and contact the correct debtor only.

U have no idea how the process works . I can tell by your big talk u haven't been to court yet. When u do go to court please do respond.  I would like to know if the judge even lets u speak.  My guess is they will just look at the leagal contract u are in default of And tell u to pay.  U haven't to remember.
