the same number called me today claiming I will be arrested in 30min if I don't call back. It is a recording. They are most likely calling from India. It is a big scam. Do not call them back.

I got the same phone call.  I called around to check and it was for sure a scam.  They called me again today.  I will block the number from my cell.

I also got two calls from this number, they said my middle and last name.  NEVER provide any information over the phone.  Block that caller.

Call the number back and guess what it states, the magic jack customer is unavailable, so when does a police officer making an arrest you magic jack.  So stupid LOL

This man is nuts what can we do as a group to press charges against this person, this is America, why do we need to put up with some one like this?  Any suggestions, this is harassment,  and who ever is doing this should be arrested and locked up!

I had the same message and then the guy sends me an email from a jack turner. I don't trust him, he wont tell who the debt is with until I pay $110 with a vanilla prepaid card. I never had a debt collecter who only took a reload card

Left computer generated voice, voicemail message stating was Officer Peter Brown from State Police Headquarters and stated had received legal lawsuit and arrest form against your name. Stated  how you get more details, you have to reach Attorney Victor Jones on the number at 916-554-8699 straight away. Repeats phone number and states if you don't return call in the next 30 minutes you will be arrested. Thank you and God bless you stated at the end of the message.    It's sad that people have to pretend to be Godly trying to scam people like this.

Yes, but the only problem is, these people are located in India or Pakistan and as such beyond the reach of US law.  Call blocker might be of some help, also do not pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
