- YippieGot a text from this number but it claimed to be from the Bank of America or as they wrote it B of A. The numbers all had spaces between them too, probably to escape some sort of fraud detection. It told me my debit card had been suspended and I played along by hitting the number 1 as they suggested and it then asked for the last four of my Social Security number. Then I stopped.

I'm a Verizon Wireless Customer, so I'm sure the "vzw" was meant to try to fool me. Obviously I didn't respond to this text nor did I call the number. Beware, this sounds like fraud at its finest.
