Got a call from 739-434-2127 it was woman's voice recording saying IT'S was suing me. Told me to call 917-477-3868 immediately. Another scam.

I had the same 'IRS' message yesterday on my answering machine at home.  I hope someone can shut these people down who make such threatening calls.

Received the same message, called back, it was obvious that english was this man's second language. Before I said anything I asked for his IRS badge number or employee number. He gave me: 920152 then said it was hard to hear me and hung up.

Absolutely a scam.

My elderly mother got same call from 917-477-3868.  She said first voice message was a person speaking good english. She called back and the person answered who was foreign speaking and said shes being sued by IRS  for over 3000.00 and asked if she also had docial security. They hung up when she said my son will call you back.

A recorded message stating the IRS was filing a lawsuit against us and we need to call the number. We didn't call back,. This is a scam.

Incoming number varies but this number is where it directs you to call.  Blocked.

SCAM…….I have dealt with the IRS in the past.  Their first contact is never the phone.

I got a call from 917-477-3868 and they said I was being sued by the IRS.

I just received a message from 733-464-2727 stating the IRS had filed a lawsuit against me. Told me to call 917-477-3868. Dialed the number (knowing this is a scam)  and a very non english speaking person answered and said he was the IRS. I told him I got a call and dont owe taxes and he said "come again". REALLY.

Just reported a call from 739-474-3868 that instructed me to call 917-477-3868.
The female recorded message stated I was being sued by the IRS. I reported the call and numbers to:

Got few call on my cell phone stating they are from IRS and filing law suit againest me.

I have gotten two calls from this number or ones close to it in the last 3 days. The automated voice tells me “Hello we have been trying to reach you…….” The voice continues on to tell me that the message is from the “IRS, Internal revenue service, and that there is a lawsuit being filed against me. To get more information regarding this case please call back at 917-477-3868. Variations of the call have said that this message will be considered a final warning/attempt to contact me before the case moves forward.
Don’t believe this call the true IRS would have you come to their office if there was a real problem.

Final notice, IRS is sueing you! What a bunch of BS! Who falls for this crap?

Received a call this morning from a Voice Recording stating that the IRS is suing us.
