This number has been calling me 2 times but I don't know why and I don't know the owner of it

Received call early Sunday morning whilst still asleep #%@$&*. A female voice at the other end just said "Goodbye" and hanged up.

Sudenly from this number call me and some secound hold the line and last time told good bye, what happend i can't understand.

This number also called me here in Qatar but i did not answer. I believe this is a scam...

I live in Colombia and I've been called from this number many times. I haven't answered but they left a voice mail and a girl said good bye! Some people said it may be Canadian emigration. But have you ever applied to any canadian job? I applied long time ago so it may be a reason to have my number.
Anyway It's weird.

Do not return call on this number as well as +88 once you call it will bill you like 12 USD a minute.
