I got  the same call.  Since i wanted to relocate to Canada.  They trynna scam.

I live in Kenya,I got a call this number too. The caller is unknown to me. This is annoying,disturbing and invading in privacy. Please stop it!

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.

Sorry cant help you much with this, but do not know the laws regarding these things over there. You will have to file reports with your government agency's if you have them.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

well i have commented on a page where they were doing some Green card approach, but did not register at all , from then everyday they're calling me.
