I got a call from this number today....don't know how it got through because my phone service usually disconnects these types of calls...no message was left....I have no idea who they are...

Got this call on my cell phone while at work.  Person said he's from a home security firm.  Told him not to call again.

Getting calls from this #, I live in SoCal....I haven't answered, nor will I after reading this thread.

Got a call from them.  It was Ben from Home Security.  Told him not interested and to take me off their call list....then hung up.

I live in southern cal and they called me twice today, I'm not even 18 yet so I don't know why they would have my number or want anything to do with me

they have called twice here in Southern CA.  Once this morning and just again now.  I answered this time, but no one was on the other end?

Have received this call 3 times today in San Diego, CA.  Have no idea who it would be from...don't know anyone living in that area code.

Several calls from this number on my cell phone, they never leave a message. I don't answer calls I don't recognize. It's obviously some kind of scam from a foreign country, where they don't give a rats tushie about the U.S. do-not-call list. Since they are not within the U.S., it would not do you any good to file a complaint with the FCC.  Just wish I could figure out how they got my cell number, since I almost never give it out.

If they just say something silly like "Home Security" instead of the name of an actual security firm such as ADT, then it's obviously a scam.  Either they will take your credit card and run up charges, or use the information to target your for a burglary.

got a call yesterday & today from this nbr...no msg left. live in southern wisconsin.

I have gotten 3 calls now, never answered them, no voice message left.
Wish they'd get a real job........

I live in So Cal.  I just got this call.  I think I've received it before, as well.  Didn't answer either call, and the caller never left messages.

They've been calling everyday for past few days.  I didn't answer phone and they didn't leave a voice mail.  I live in Northern CA

received call today ~3:45pm, in SoCal.
"Ben" from "Home Security" something or other.
Sounded like a recording of someone reading from a script, did not respond to my comments/questions, just kept going with the schpiel asking to place something in my yard...I have no yard.

Call from a guy asking if I wanted a free GE home security system installed. It sounded like a recording. My number is on the Do Not Call List.

I get these calls about 3-5 times a day for the past week, from all over the US. Just got a call from this number today. I did pick up once and it was a man asking for Mary, when I told him there was no Mary here he hung up.

They have been calling me twice a day for the last two days.  Just plain annoying...

I'm in No Cal - just got this call for the first time. Picked it up and no one was there.
Having just now read all the msgs in this topic, I hope it's not a taste of things to come...

Has anyone tried reporting to police yet ? Can't believe we are so helpless against such calls. I guess someone's trying to target us for burglary.
