- Michele| 3 repliesCalled 9 times in one day!!!
- Paul replies to Michele| 1 replyIt's Nationstar Mortgage. After we requested a payoff balance, they wanted to know if we're selling or refinancing our home. They tried to get me to refinance through them. I said no. I don't like their business practices. I'll be pissed if my mortgage ends up being sold back to them.
- DebSame here, I asked for a payoff from Nationstar Mortgage and they keep calling me to. I get a call just about twice a day. Pain in the neck!!!

- JudyBefore I sought a refinance with my bank my mortgage was with NationStar. I gave these people at NationStar numerous opportunities to offer me a refinance...via email, call, etc. I say offer because my credit is excellent and I have a ton of equity in my home. So now that a pay off request was sent to NationStar they have been HOUNDING me with telephone calls. Well, sorry NationStar. You never bother when I called so screw you!
Good Riddance, NationStar. - Jeremy| 1 replyMy loan home has already been sold and the mortgage paid in full yet they STILL keep calling me . Even after I answered one time to tell them it's all said and done.
They are a crappy company. Customer service couldn't even correct the spelling of my name from Jermey to Jeremy. I hate that my loan was sold to them and I'm glad I'm done.- Caller: Nationstar

- Jeremy replies to JeremyI was so mad as I typed this I made more than a few errors! GRRRRR!
- DJ| 1 replyMy original mortgage was sold to Nationstar. The times I made additional lump sum payments to principal a portion of the funds were diverted to the upcoming monthly payment, thereby allowing Nationstar to profit by diverting a portion of the fund intended for principal reduction to interest. Naturally, they're always "sorry" when confronted about this practice. Finally was able to refinance and leave these predators in the dust. Wouldn't voluntarily do business with this company.

- Glad to be done with Nationstar| 3 repliesThey have been hounding me since I requested a payoff due to the upcoming sale of my home. They had purchased the loan from B of A and have treated me like a delinquent account since day one. I've never had a late bill or payment in 30 years and will be happy to separate from this company.
- IdealistYes, after trying to find a lender this number calls, but no one is there and no one answers if I call it back. FCC! DO YOUR JOB.
- WalterGot a call asking if I bought a home yet. Said they were from Greenlight Mortgage Company. Geenlight has terrible reviews. Don't do business with this company.

- LindaTreated me like dirty dirt when I was under their rule. Do not want calls and loans or refinancing NOW! Calling at least once a day since I have changed mortgagees. So annoying!
- Caller: Nationstar Mortgage

- JessicaYes, is from Nationstar after our other refinance company requested payoff. I'm not interested in refinancing with Nationstar Mortgage. In the past they have been difficult to get on the phone or to get any satisfactory answers from.

- topdaug replies to Glad to be done with Nationstar| 2 repliesThanks for the help. Yes Nationstar very hard to deal with and unaccomodating. Now that I requested a payoff the calls keep coming. Now I paid the house off and they are callig me on every phone line I have.
I have asked them to stop but they wont. Well I will just go in to my google phone online and block their calls.
And block them from my cell. Problem Solved. - Topdaug replies to topdaug| 1 replyThis is too funny. I just went into the Nationstar account removed my phone numbers. It said I had to have at least 1 primary number so I entered THEIRS! 925-278-5220.

- not a patsycalled a business for the owners. After reading above comments, I suspect this is because they just recently paid off a vacation home. Woman with very strong Asian accent told me the owner requested more information from them in response to my question as to why they're trying to sell our business a mortgage. Right...

- ClaudiaInMassachusettsBOA sold our mortgage to Nationstar Mortgage a while ago and they sucked. We received harrassing phone calls when we didn't pay the mortgage amount right on the first of the month and all their emails (even the ones to "welcome" us after BOA dumped us with them) have a statement at the bottom that "this is an attempt to collect a debt". They made us feel like dirt. Now that we have requested the pay off balance for our rental property they are calling "to help us with any home financing needs that we may have."
I would rather stick a fork in my eye than to do business with them ever again.

- PatI'm glad I found this message board. I have a mortgage with Nationstar and when I was looking to buy another house, I tried to talk to them. Never did reach a human, let alone a helpful one. Now that I'm purchasing a new home and requested a payoff, I got an email and two calls today about the new mortgage. I've blocked this number. Thank you, everyone, for your posts.

- Gregcalls all day long and doesn't leave a voicemail. I let it go to voicemail
- BoSuffering from the same tactics. I called in the past to inquire about refinancing, was treated rude and the little fellow even attempted belittling tactics (that didn't workout so good for him). Now refinancing with another company who is happy to have my business and getting the multitude of calls as you all have stated. All I can say is now its my turn.
