Why are they calling? We're not refinancing, our loan waswasn't sold. We're not delinquent. They've called six times since 8am and it's not even 1145am!

I've been getting 2 or 3 calls a day from this number. Actually missed the first, and second calls, noticed that they left no message and assumed that they heard my voice message and realized they had mis-dialed.  Since then,  they call 2 or 3 times daily, I never pick up and they never leave a message.  I read the previous posts and see that its Nationstar, who has my mortgage, no doubt pushing refinancing. Here's the new info that I can add. They now partner with GreenLight. That's a double whammy, I'm thinking GL must be the actual source, under the Nationstar umbrella, as they have always been this aggressive, though never on my cell phone. Nationstar did a good refi for me-have spoken to GL though never completed an actual transaction yet. I'll refi with Dunkin Donuts if it'll save me money but wish solicitors wouldn't be so desperate. These calls are not an actual "offer" ,just an "invitation" to start the application process, at which point they stop courting and start scrutinizing.

Yes, they called me several times.. but i dont answer unknown numbers. Thank you guys for this site, very usuful to me. The only way i can pay is with my opinion about this company. i have my mortgage with them and i agree with everybody in this site, they are a bad company, worst costumer service. I had bank of america before, not the best but they had a fifteen day grace period and the opportunity to pay at any bank branch, wih these guys they are harassing you on the first of the month. When we got transfer to them we were not told, we were sold like slaves and when asked we were told that was a common practice (maybe inherited by them from slavery  times)

My loan was sold to Nationstar by Bank of America.
Bank of America did send me a letter a whopping 14 days prior to the sale to let me know it was happening, but I could have easily seen many folks mistaking that letter for junk mail.
When it came time for my first payment to Nationstar to be paid, I'd still not heard a single peep from them. I had to get online, find their number, and call three times (got sent to India the first two times) in an effort to find out how to pay my mortgage.
As I was trying to refinance, there was a time when my mortgage was no longer listed with Bank of America, nor had it been uploaded to Nationstar.
When I asked NationStar for an amortization schedule -- something that Bank of America provided easy access to on their website -- I was told that NationStar provides no such thing. I was told to Google online calculators that could help me figure out that information.
I'm so glad to be leaving them within the next week to 10 days. And I'm glad that I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

Nationstar bought our mortgage, without our knowledge and boy are they a mess. They are dispectful, rude and call on the 1st looking for your payment due on the 1st,then want to set up 3 more payments, yeah right...I'm a Southern girl, those tricks don't work on me. I pay my bills,I don't need to set anything up for 3 months . They keeping,I keep ignoring.

Yes, Nationstar with their undisclosed "reminder calls" what a predatory group they are! http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/mo ... pell-tx-6002297# with 41 locations purchased MSR's Mortgage servicing rights from http://www.bbb.org/central-florida/business-r ... ndo-fl-13002055 under The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, known as Freddie Mac. Don't confuse mortgage servicing rights with who owns your loan. Yes, the calls they are making are considered "reminder calls" that ignore the fact that mortgages are set up with a due date a  late date with charges. You need to contact Customer service and initiate privacy statement, do not solicit, and to stop reminder calls you need to initiate a cease and desist.

YES!  I am so happy to refinance and get rid of them.  They call me CONSTANTLY to refinance through them and I've said "NO" so many times.  At first when the calls kept coming in, I wasn't picking up.  Now I either pick up the phone and play "mary had a little lamb" on the keypad or just answer and see how long they will listen to dead air before they hang up.... annoying!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all of you who put comments here.  I haven't answered.....and never will.  My opinion....Nationstar is run and operated by criminals.   How they manage to stay in business with government agencies looking into their overt illegal practices is beyond comprehension.  If you can avoid it......never....never.....never do business with Nationstar.
