I received a white post card to call the number reported for "Parcel Tracking Notice" office is attempting to reach you for delivery". No other information

I just got it too, this seems very scammy, not calling it.

Received the same white card on 3/29/17,  looks like a scam to me also.

I received as well but it's pink. I'm not calling it.

04/05/17 Received a pink postcard "NOTICE OF PARCEL ON HOLD". They paid 34 cents to mail it so obviously not the postal service. With only this number to call, I'm confident this is a scam.

I agree: This "PARCEL TRACKING NOTICE" has all the earmarks of a scam. First of all, no company is identified: not UPS, not FedEx or any other named company. Secondly, on my white postcard, they circled "Final" under "NOTICE" -- when I never received a "1st" or "2nd" notice from them. It might be worth reporting these suspicious postcards to the District Attorney's office in Martinez.

Anything you receive in the mail should be taken to the post office and forwarded to the postal inspectors.  Most likely this is the "water purifier:" scam.

I got the same end it seemed fishy because then phone number doesn't even have the same area code that I live within

We also received a blue postcard with "Parcel Tracking Notice" and Final Notice was checked. Scam. We're not calling it either.

Same thing in American Canyon. Received blue card today; final notice....

This number is "Aqua Pro" and they are very shady with their business practices. I also received the pink letter with "Final Notice: Notice of PARCEL ON HOLD" and when I called the number, they sold me on a free $25 gift card to Chili's, Olive Garden, etc. AND they would test my water for free. Sounded like a good deal.

It's really just a scam to get into your home to sell their water products/services. The technician would not test my water without my wife present and I would not receive the gift card until this was done (at least a few hours of listening to their sales pitch).

The test kit looks like some different dye solutions that anyone can purchase.

Big waste of time.

Businesses shouldn't be allowed to trick customers aka "First time movers" like this, especially not in the United States.

My husband got the blue card ("Parcel Tracking Notice" "This office is attempting to reach you." Final notice circled without receiving a 1st or 2nd). He asked me to call & see what it was about but I decided to do some online research first. This is the first link I clicked on after searching the phone number & I am convinced it is a scam & will not be calling.

I got this pink letter in the mail saying Parcel On Hold. Called the number 925-278-5938 and they were offering some water purification check and a $25 gift card or movie pass. I declined and said I'll need to do more research. The young lady over the phone acted supprised. I don't need anything FREE and I already have a water softener. Straight up miss leading SCAM!

Received the blue "final notice" card. Looked up the number before calling. Definitely won't be following up on this!

Pink cards saying same thing as everyone attests. Called and only music loop. No ID or voice menu. Hung up immediately. Went to post office. They said it's a scam.

MUST BE A SCAM! Received blue tracking notice in the mail telling me to call (925) 278-5938, it claimed to be a final tracking notice for a parcel. I was suspicious from the start because I dont live in that area code and I am not expecting any packages.  I looked up the number on internet, after reading comments from others I am convinced,  TOTAL SCAM!!!

Pink card saying Final Notice. The phone number is from SF Bay Area.
I called it and immediately put on hold with piano music.

Music on hold and they explained they were a water refinement company??? They are delivering a gift for me too??
