- DengI called this number and mistaken it for UPS since I was expecting a delivery from Amazon. A woman answered my call, I said to her, you should delivered or left the item at my house, she replied where did you ordered the item, I said from Amazon. This monkey business offers free water testing and sells water purifier, please don’t be fooled and if you set an appointment to have them visit your home cancel it.

- Flora replies to YolieJust received the same note for my husband. They don't have and address only phone number
- AaronTo add to all the other comments that have already been posted I called thinking it was something more important and sure enough it’s the water refinement company they offered a $25 gift card to amazon and then told me it’d be delivered while they came out to test my water. They asked about my spouse (I’m single) but I have a partner on the loan who gets deployed to the Middle East for 6 months. They told me to call them back when he returns if I want to get my gift card. Total scam don’t let them in your home

- TyreneJust bought a house and received a bunch of these cards. I have been getting a ton of junk mail with offers & I kept putting this to the side thinking it was the post office. Good think I looked it up before I called. Will not be calling.
- MarRecieved pink card in mail and also figured scam since sender was not listed. Thank you to all who posted here about it as now I am sure it is a scam. Next time there will deliver to post office with suggestion to reject but not sure how much will help others?

- The NutBusterMany thanks to all who have replied. I just purchased a home and received this same [***] on a pink card. Can anyone identify the company so we can bombard them with negative online reviews?
- Home Owner, SacramentoNumber on my card is 925 278 5936
Color of the card is blue.
Received June 2020 as well as consistently received since March 2020. New home owner so this is my first time at this address. Makes no sense how they got my name and this address.
Here is how you can tell this is a scam:
1. This is a printed card. The "Final" circled thing is not circled by hand. That is actually printed. all the notes are printed to look hand written. This is very common in recent mail scams. if you see printed items made to look hand written just throw it away.
2. This item has been mailed. It cost whoever mailed it $0.35 to mail it. Somebody paid to mail this and it's not a notice from any shipping company. You can tell because it has printed postage on it from stampscom meaning somebody was able to print all these from home on a home printer. You should wash your hands after handling this mail as it may contain coronavirus. Same as any mail but who knows who mailed this and it came straight from their home from what I can tell. Very bad.
3. It's not labeled as being from any carrier. No USPS, UPS, FedEx, DSL or any other labels on it. I have received packages from all these companies and none of them use this form.
It's just fake. Throw it away. I've been getting it for months. I have no idea what happens if you call because I would never call and I recommend nobody else call either. - Helen replies to YolieI received a pink post card saying NOTICE OF PARCEL ON HOLD, FINAL NOTICE with (925) 278-5940 as the number to contact with 3 days! This is a scam for sure...
- BRayWow, apparently these people are still at it...we received a blue card with a final notice on it which I thought was strange because I knew we were not expecting anything. But since we just moved in I thought I’d call it just in case. It immediately went to just music so my husband told me to hang up. Pretty sure I threw it away and didn’t think about anymore. Then a few months later we get a card offering a 25$ gift card to Starbucks and to call for details. I was interested so I called. Turned out to be a water company (not sure if it’s the same one being talked about on here cause I forgot the name the lady said) and they wanted to come test the water, husband had to be present blah blah blah. She said it would take only 30 minutes and they would bring the gift card ( and I got to choose apparently so I chose Amazon). Then about an hour before the appointment the tech called. I didn’t answer cause I didn’t know the number. He didn’t leave a message and called again. I hate that. So I still didn’t answer. Then he texted me. He told me it would be an hour long presentation and and both me and my husband HAD to be present. I told him the lady I spoke to said it would only take 30 minutes and that an hour wouldn’t work because we have a 1 year old and that would cut into her bedtime. He immediately canceled and said the office would call back. They’ve now been calling everyday not leaving a message and I never answer cause I didn’t even realize it was that number I had called till now and I finally googled the number and saw all this! I blocked the number now. Scam or no scam this isn’t the way to do business! Can’t stand when people don’t leave you a voicemail as to why they are calling!!
- JamieReceive the letter final notice partial on hold first I thought they were talking about my property I never received any other notice thank God for Google and all your guises support I would’ve never called the number but it’s good to know nobody else is either.

- BrentwoodResidentThis is a SCAM. If you call back, they promise an Amazon $25 card, but it is just a ruse for a snake oil salesman to entry your house and try to sell you on water softener products. After the home visit, they are totally dishonest and do not even fulfill the promise of the $25 gift card.
