[***] robocall about "my student loan."  I'm 48 years old and paid cash for community college 30 years ago.  NEVER would have dreamed of going into debt for college, idiots!

Called -- no message left.

Called my cell. Based on comments, blocked forever!

just called my cell phone. the call ID just had the # and United States. F**kers! it's 7am. clearly a violation.  blocked.

"Hello. This is Tiffany. We're calling about your student loans. Your student loan has been selected..." That's when I disconnected. We are a business. We do not have student loans.

Just called.. no vm left... now blocked...

Student loan center. Said that my student loan has been flagged and that under a new plan signed by Obama my student loan could be reduced up to 40%.Keep getting the same recorded message from different numbers. I have never had a student loan. Blocked and reported to FCC, FTC and FL AG.

I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Based on others here I blocked the number.

This robo caller got rid of my shingles. Blessed.

This number called my home phone, cid showed local. That proved they are crooks and idiot scammers,I live in Missouri and the call is from the east coast area. It is blocked now

1 ring call, showed on call log as United States instead of New York City.  Other comments mention Blue Cross. It's illillegal for Insurance companies to operate from outside our State, the call would have been an Area code in our state.  Obvious scam caller. I'll blacklist it seeing some are getting repeated calls.

It did not pass the screen test. It did not leave a message. So it's probably a robo calling device and falls under scam.

Called my cell 15 mins ago.  Didn't leave message.

Also received a call from 929-338-1167, no voicemail. Number now blocked

Got a call from this number on 10/18/2016 at 10:41 a.m. EST.  Did not answer.  It only rang twice and then hung up.  No message left.  I find it interesting to note after reading other poster's notes that this number has multiple different scams.  I was a little concerned when I saw the post about Blue Cross, Blue Shield, but I'm in Michigan, so no one from New York should be calling me.

Called my cell phone, no message was left after I let it go to my voicemail. Will block the number.
