National Student Loan Debt Network (yeah, right), with student loan debt relief. Hit one to tell the person they called a business. Wish I could get Lync to block this crap.

Student Loan debt relief scammers.  Just keep calling them back and harassing them. That's what I do.

Called and left no message. Blocked, based on all above feedback.

They won't even answer my phone calls anymore :(  They don't want to play anymore I guess.  (I get some kind of sick enjoyment out of calling and harassing these scumbags.)

robocall from "national student loan center" telling me president obama just enacted something that could save me 40% on my student loans. Was asked to press 1 to talk to an operator. Hung up.

Addition to previous post about call from national student loan center: I don't even have any student loans.

These folks are Sales Aggregators for insurance companies, cold-calling in total violation of the National Do-Not-Call Registry. The only way I've found to fight them is to waste as much of their time as possible. When they call, I like to express interest, tell them I have a large family, then give bogus info (name, age, birthdate, etc.) on each. including myself. When I get transferred to another agent, I'll waste their time also, but eventually tell them that they have been PUNKED because they are receiving leads from a Sales Aggregator who is breaking the law by disregarding the NDNCR. I'll ask them if the call is being recorded (actually illegal in my state if they didn't notify me...) and if so, that they pass it on to their Sales Department, so they can reconsider how they get their sales leads. Sometime ya' just gotta' FIX IT YOURSELF...

Received a call from 929-338-1167 on 10/31/2016 at 9:10am EDT. Caller ID displayed "New York NY". Did not answer and no message was left.

From the comments posted it appears that this number is being used at least 2 different scams, a Blue Cross scam and a student loan scam.

I have added this number to my Google Voice block list. If the caller attempts to call again they will receive the not-in-service recording.

Got a 2 callsl but didn't answer.  On the DNC list and have an unlisted landline.  Shows up as New York, NY on caller id.

My phone rang and I let it go, they never left voice message. I don't answer if I Don't know the number

answered it, said it was a student debt relief program. automated

They wanted to help me pay off my "in arrears" student loan. I graduated college in 1980!! I went to school on the Vietnam Era GI Bill.    I have voted Republican since then (and before), so I wonder if maybe they want their money back after all these years??  Oh well.. They hung up before I could answer....too bad!!!  I was getting very upset!!

STAY AWAY !!! IT'S A SCAM !!!!!

called my cell. No message. Added to reject list. I find it so funny that this number is BlueCross, credit card scammers, time share sales reps, etc. Obviously scammers.
