It's a SCAM, this is why be very careful when you answer these kind of calls, and never give them any of your personal information if they try to sell you something.
These numbers is a one time thing once they call you and you try calling them back it will tell you there number is no longer in service and next call will be another number even if you block them with the number that just called you, this is why be careful when giving them any kind of your information such like never give them your bank accounts numbers, credit card information and never give them your social security information if they ask.

The main thing to remember if you know anyone that are elderly they are the ones you need to watch over they will attack them people the most.

Robo call from (936) 495-8708 recorded 26 May 2015 ("Personal Medic Alert system, free $1,000 grocery coupons and 75% prescription discount card...") SCAM
    Caller ID: "Broaddus TX"

    also calls from:  (631) 295-5822 <> (310) 599-6020 <> (240) 397-5331 <> (586) 231-3657 <> (321) 332-6561

Variation with a new male voice on their other calls for a "free" Medical Alert system. Opens with an offer for a "free" medical alert alarm then offers free $1,000 in grocery coupons and a 75% prescription discount card which probably isn't honored anywhere noteworthy.

They don't offer any way to opt out of their calls, not that it matters, telephone spammers don't honor opt out requests anyway. Of course they ignore the Federal Do Not Call list, which certainly tells you something about their business ethics, doesn't it?

I love the slips of prepositional grammar they make. This recording says "...you've already been referred to by a friend..." when they mean "...referred by a friend..."

Here is a transcript of the call, poor grammar and all...:

[male voice]"Hello seniors, due to new health care regulations, you are now eligible to receive a personal medical alert system at no cost to you.  Since you've already been referred to by a friend or family member we have the system waiting to be shipped out to you. Press "1" now to receive your personal medical alert system and by taking advantage today you'll also receive $1,000 in grocery saving coupons plus a 75% prescription discount card. Again, press "1" now to receive your personal medical alert system.."

I have dealt with the "hello seniors" calls since last December (2014) and have finally got enough information on them and have been calling their customer service number everytime to complain.  I have not got a call from them in a month now.  The group behind this is Lifewatch-USA. They will also use different names such as Medical Alert, Senior Life Support, Senior Support, etc.  I have a forum found on this site with phone numbers you can use to call and complain to them.  They tell me that they outsource their sales and have no control over them, it is a lie. Just google Lifewatch USA robocalls and you will find plenty of cases against them.  https://800notes.com/forum/ta-c0f6c904a02308d/hello-seniors-lifewatchusa

Rec'd call from this number, hit 1 and to my surpise a young girl named Bella answered the phone  with the "a friend or family memeber referred you to us"....asked who that was she said they don't have access to that info. I asked for the co.name she said Endless Life ALert. I pushed for more info.she became abusive and pushed a button on the phone that emitted a high pictched sound. I hund up and called the no. back, recording stating that the phone no. was'nt in service. I called the Tx Attroney General's office, then I called the broadcasting co. that the phone no. came thru so they could block the no. on their end, and then the F.T.C. to make a formal complaint. (877) 382-4357, please call to make a formal complaint. They are the only people that will or can do anything about this spoffing problem. Theses people are theives, targeting older people - please call and help put a stop to this!
