A friend that works with me, just got this same call, they claim his license will be suspend and a warrant will be put out fr his arrest if he does not pay $2112.82 before Friday, He was applying for a home loan and the loan officer claims this is showing on his credit, how can it be on his credit and how does he get it taken off? If your friend does not owe this money, getting it fixed is easy, but time consuming. On the web site for Equifax, & Transunion there are forms (free) to fill out if there is an error on your credit report. What you friend needs to do is get a copy of their credit report as well. This will show who accessed their credit report, and when. The next thing you need to know is debt is civil, not criminal. You CANNOT be arrested for debt. It is also illegal to threaten arrest for a debt by a bill collector. On the next call insist that proof of debt be mailed by US Mail. Not fax, text, or email. US Mail. Check the laws in your State about recording phone calls. I would strongly suggest it, but check the law first.

This company is now closed permanently. Do not pay them. Report them to BBB. There were alot of lawsuits agains them. Look up Michael Driskel in Florida on arrests.org.
